I got an iced latte here 3 out of the 4 days of my stay. It was okay, nothing crazy. I’m pretty picky about my lattes. One of the days I had to have them remake it, it was really “muddy” tasted watery and I even paid extra for oatmilk so it would be creamy and have that depth of a latte.
I got the Lox on a bagel one day and another day I got the strawberry fields. They were pretty good.
The staff was very nice.

Coffee and bagels served up in a funky surf shack hole in the wall. Decorated in island vibes with bluegrass and blues playing on the sound system. We had the standard Goat Blend coffee, black and hot and it was very good. We also enjoyed and everything bagel and a sausage, egg and cheese everything bagel. Service was quick and pleasant. Laurie took good care of us, so we decided to stop back in later when they began to serve cocktails and brews. The place is impeccably clean and top notch as you would expect from the same owners of Chamacos Tacos (and fellow Buckeyes). Make sure you stop here when you are down on Tybrisa St. in the morning for coffee and afternoon for sandwiches and drinks.

Objectively the worst coffee you could ever put in your mouth. Ordered a cortado and received basically a cappuccino??? Espresso runs way too fast and the milk was so overstretched. My wife ordered an iced latte with vanilla and it was even worse. I have had coffee from a Keurig that has tasted better than this. Please, please, please stop selling this if you are not going to try to make a product worthy of buying.

I ate breakfast at The Surfing Goat every day of my stay on Tybee and I’m missing it greatly now that I’m home! The bagel sandwiches were made fresh to order, but service was still very quick. Sandwiches come out hot and well wrapped if you want to walk or take them out to the beach. Iced coffees were also delicious. This is counter service with plenty of seating if you want to stick around. The waiting/seating area is a little bit tight but they’re making the best of the space they have.

Cute little bagel shop on the island for a quick breakfast and coffee! Very limited seating, but you aren’t there long so seats are available quickly. Loved that you can grab a coffee or a Bloody Mary and enjoy it while you eat your bagel! Super cute interior and vibe. Short wait times and good bagels!

My first time visiting here. I send people here from the Hotel constantly when they ask for a coffee/brunch place to eat. So I needed to try it for myself. I LOVE IT!! I got the “Doin’ Things Right” bagel. Bacon, egg and American cheese on a cheddar bagel. It was delicious and very large. Girls behind the counter were super nice and helpful. I will be a frequent customer!!! Take a few minutes to get your food, but that’s because they are making it from scratch. No heat lamps. Fresh toasted bagel, fresh cracked egg and fresh cooked bacon. Worth the wait!! Great service, atmosphere, and food!! Bagels are very large and priced well. Great job guys!! Keep it up!!

5 outta 5!!… very impressed and will be sharing (already have over txt after leaving the location!) with all my Savannah ppl and those visiting Tybee. It’s hard to find tasty Gluten Free breads and whatnot BUT this bagel is superb, you wouldn’t believe how without knowing— you’d believe it was a regular bagel! I was stoked to see a GF option on the Menu. So with that being said I had The Morning Dew on this GF bagel and it paired so well with the sun on the beach at 8am as I enjoyed every bite while sipping the goat blend house brew + lavender+ oat milk iced coffee in hand!
The vibe is groovy in this restaurant and I really enjoyed seeing the Billy Strings, Dead & Co, and Phil Lesh band posters along with the tunes playing while having some incredible surf videos on the tvs!!
Service was quick and it’s somewhere I’ll frequent! If you’re looking for breakfast or a great sandwhich and some great coffee option and perhaps adult beverages… look no further and walk inside of The Surfing Goat!

We built our own bagels. Delicious. I did everything bagel, egg, veggie cream cheese, turkey, cucumber and sprouts. Very generous with the turkey.

Had a little trouble finding it, because it’s normal sized sign is dwarfed by the very large Lighthouse Pizza sign above it, but otherwise great experience. Great and varied bagels with unique cream cheese. The jalapeno bacon version is fantastic. Staff was friendly and quick. Great breakfast place.
