This location is very good. They made no mistakes to my three sandwich order and even wrote the names of which sandwiches were for who, via the mobile app feature! We ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken, Big Kahuna and The Super Sub!My order was ready on time per the estimate on the app, and I didn’t have to wait; in and out for pickup. Ordered a wrap and the food quality was so poor! Extra chemical dye found in the wraps, brown lettuce, un ripened tomatoes and over all terrible food quality that I will not be trying this location again. Talked to the manager and all they offered was a sorry and 10% off haha pathetic. They do not know how to treat customers!

Have been here a few times and wanted to say what a GREAT service from the young staff and they have made my sandwiches correct every time. I have done both in store and online ordering and always liked their Rosemary Bread for my sandwiches. Looking forward to keep coming to this one when in town.

I’ve gone to this place before, 2 or 3 weeks ago. I usually pick up a sandwich and take it to my Bible study. This morning when I walked in I wasn’t greeted, like usual, and when I was talked to the lady was so rude. She rudely told me, with attitude, that I couldn’t get a sandwich that they were only doing breakfast. There were NO signs anywhere that said that they just did breakfast from 9am to 10pm. If you are going to do this there should be some signage that says so. Don’t just take it upon yourself to do it, thats what it seemed like she was doing.

First time at a Jersey Mike’s and I’m really happy with it. I didn’t get my sandwich maker’s name, unfortunately but he is the only guy on duty right now (2/26/22 @ 4pm) he was super helpful and the sandwich is delicious. Got a Club Supreme, and absolutely will come back when I’m back in the area.
