There is nothing like this in the Atlanta area with immersive entertainment and artisan, made from scratch meals. Our chef-inspired Lunch, Dinner, and Saturday Mimosa Brunch menus change daily, and feature premium entrees such as Certified Angus Beef Grilled Steak, Lemon Oregano Chicken, Assorted Seafood (especially crab legs), and tender House-smoked Brisket depending on the service. We enjoyed all the food selections we made. We all appreciated the fact that it was buffet style so you can get what you wanted. We made reservations and you have to pay for your food in advance so there was no waiting when we arrived. The drinks are not included and you pay for those on site when you order. Your meal comes with 2 tickets for mimosas or juice. The mixed drinks were pretty, but just okay taste wise. And the mimosas were just ok, the champagne was a brut which made them a little bitter.
Our server was new and in training, so the service was hit or miss. She was nice and definitely trying. The manager and young man that was clearing the tables were the highlight of the service.
Be mindful to read all the details because they will not sit you if all of your party is not present. There is a 90-minute time slot for your table meaning after your 90 minutes they do ask that you leave to open that table up for the next reservation. There were several celebrations happening at various tables. There was a Pianist there who kept the crowd engaged as he gave shutouts and sing alongs and play selections. This is an old school cafeteria so the restrooms are the same as a high school bathroom meaning the stars are small, the toilets and sinks are low, but it gets the job done LOL. It is around the corner once you come into the front of the school and somewhat unsuspecting so make sure you just look out for the name above the school bus entrance. We’re definitely going to be returning to try the dinner as we enjoyed a lunch brunch on this visit.

New visit — the price went up to about $19 now. The food selection is pretty much the same as before. The steaks were overcooked and too tough, but the salmon was delicious. The shrimp was too salty, and the fruits weren’t fresh. Service was good though.

My family had a birthday brunch for me here. Jazz band performed lovely ballets, top tier hospitality and service, delectable all you can eat option, and two complimentary mimosas per person. We definitely will frequent this hidden gem.

An excellent and unique kind of brunch experience. The food was delicious, especially the omelette and waffle station. There is an endless buffet and two mimosas are included. The live music was fantastic. And right next to the studios and town of Trilith.

This was the second time we have been to the HB Studio Cafe for the Sunday Brunch … Great experience both times. All the food was delicious and plentiful, staff extremely attentive.
We tried the Omelet Station this visit and my wife and I were very pleased.
The piano player was a nice touch.
I asked if they had some Horseradish sauce, although they did not, the Chef whipped some up for me ! Much appreciated.
We may live and hour and a half away, but we will be back !

I’ve never been more stressed out and overstimulated at a restaurant in my life.
Between the piano player talking endlessly between songs and feeling trapped at a table where the chairs were tangled together, I can honestly say I’ve never had a dining experience like that and never wish to again.
The service itself was fine but there were almost too many servers in an already crowded open room. Going to grab a glass of water for myself (!) took far too long given the layout of the room.
Not impressed given the price or location.

Found this place on random search for dinner, there was a wait due to a special that was happening that night to my surprise. There was live music, the gentleman on the keys had the crowd moving and singing. The prices are reasonable. Now the food, good Lord THE FOOD, it was amazing. Some buffets, their food is either bland or too much seasoning, but studio cafe was on the side of a little too much seasoning, but still edible, just watch your portions. The steak was cooked medium-well and juicy, loved that. Special shout out to the mimosa queens, Sarah and Paige, they were amazing and worked well as a team. They need some training on self awareness though, they wanted me to come back for brunch and try all the mimosas, so disrespectful . The building look like a former school, clearly it’s been put to good use. Reservations ahead of time are recommended, but they do accept walk ins and it can be a good wait if they’re real busy. They are strict on missing your reservation time, which I can respect. From the two hostess at the front door, I think one was Symone and there was a young man with her. The entire serving staff, the cleaning crew and of course the cooks, job WELL DONE everyone, keep up the good work. I’ll definitely come back again.

This past Saturday was my first time visiting Studio Cafe at Trilith Studios with my wife, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We were warmly greeted and received complimentary mimosas — with a choice of three flavors (we went with cranberry, and it was perfect). Kudos to our server Audrey!
The vibe was on point, especially with the live music setting the tone — it added a really nice touch to the atmosphere and made the whole experience feel even more special.
Now let’s talk about that brisket — hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was incredibly tender, falling apart in the best way, seasoned just right, and topped with just enough BBQ sauce to pull it all together. The mac and cheese and fresh watermelon on the side were the perfect pairing. Everything was so good, I couldn’t help but keep going back for more.
The atmosphere was chill and welcoming, the service was top-notch, and the food was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
