Presentation of the food was okay, not bad at all. But we honestly expected more in terms of taste/quality of the food. I really think it comes down to there being A LOT of menu items, as opposed to focusing on less but improved options. So food was only “okay”, and that’s considering that we had 8 people try different menu items and no one thought anything was “great”.
We would definitely be back, but not one of those places we go out of our way for.
Wonderful outdoor views too.
Unique experience due to singular taste of food & coffee & the servers, Lauren & Julie. Lauren took my order & Julie came by my table to check on me-both so personable & helpful!
I asked Lauren for order suggestions & she really knows the menu!
Next visit, trying one of your desserts!
Thank you!
The avocado toast was generous, loaded with fresh avocado, which paired perfectly with a splash of hot sauce. The soup was also a highlight, warm and well-seasoned. The staff checked on me several times, ensuring I had everything I needed.
I’d definitely return with my family for another relaxed and satisfying meal.
I had a gluten free bowl with pork carnitas, greens, pico, avocado, beans, corn, and tortilla strips. It has just a little kick to it from a sauce, not overpowering, just enough.
My partner had the Belgian waffles with their freshly made sausage patty.
No complaints there! And she can be picky.
The servers were very nice and helpful.
They sell t-shirts and sweatshirt that, if we had more time (we are traveling through and only found them via a Google search) I would have for sure checked out. I would have went home with one!
And, it is a cute place inside of an artsy indoor plaza. We didn’t have time to investigate the shops.
I did notice small bistro tables down the center with a chess set, art supplies, and such for the public to entertain themselves. It all added to the overall vibe.
One cool thing to add is The Stockpot seems to select one menu item to donate a portion of sales from to a charity. The selection changes. It was huevos rancheros this time.
Really nice servers.
There are some healthy options, which I appreciate, but the lack of non-pork choices really limited what I could order. Our server mentioned they recently removed turkey sausage/ bacon from the menu but didn’t know why, which was disappointing.
Overall, it just didn’t hit the mark for us — small portions, limited menu options, and nothing that really made me want to come back.
