Well it looks like country wants its Colorado back. This place feels like a copy of what people used to describe country eateries in social media, and it was good.

The place had some square dancing before the bands started kicking off. So once we got seated, the ebtertainment started. The band was very good, and had no reservations in sharing their patriotic views in front of everyone. I can respect that.

Once our food came in, it arrived hot and quickly. Though the speakers were a little too loud to enjoy the music near our seating, and the breading on the chicken tenders had aggression issues, the whole joint was awesome.

1st time here. Had live music. The burgers were good, the cheesesteak was a little thin on the meat.

I highly recommend!
The music is great! Good dance floor ( need more dancers!) a little pricey ($15 glass of wine), but no cover charge, so it balances out.

Cool nashville style bar, with good food. The service has always been great, and the drinks are strong (but some are a little pricey). My only complaint is how loud it is. I understand that people go for live music, but if you sitting as far as possible from the stage and still can’t have a conversation thats a problem. I would still recommend this spot, especially if you want to dance and listen to a live band…

We’ve been coming to The Stillery for a couple of years now and have always loved the atmosphere. The music is great, the bands always get people dancing, (we love dancing) and the food is consistently good. However, our most recent visit with a larger group was incredibly disappointing due to the service.

When our waitress asked about separate bills, my fiancé mentioned he would be paying for the group. From that moment on, she completely ignored me. She never once asked if I wanted another drink or a refill, directing all her attention and questions solely to him. It felt extremely disrespectful. I stopped ordering drinks altogether.
To make matters worse, she was overly touchy, repeatedly grabbing my fiancé’s arm throughout the night. It was unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable.

While we’ve enjoyed this spot in the past, this particular encounter was beyond rude and “cringy.” We hope management addresses this, as it really ruined what should have been a fun night out.

I can’t talk about the food because I didn’t eat anything. But the people who were eating said it was great.
They have live music most nights. Pretty much all country.

It’s a friendly atmosphere.

They seem to have a bunch of beer on tap and the sign outside said they sell moonshine, but I can’t say anything about that.

Don’t order the wine.

Food was not good. Turkey burger was under cooked and looked like dog food. The second one brought wasn’t any better. Live music at dinner was just ok. Will NOT be going back! Had to pay extra if you use a card, better to pay with cash.

Love coming here, live music is generally playing. Food was above average, but the best part was the service, Matt our bartender was on it! He was getting everyone’s drinks fast, never stopped, very attentive. Highly recommend this place whether you’re coming for dinner or a casual drink and music.

We got there at 5:30 on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet but I recommend making reservations. Great atmosphere. We had great service and all the staff were friendly. Drinks were a little pricey but the entertainment is free and you can stay as long as you want. Serving sizes were big and everything we tried was excellent. The queso was really good as well as the brussel sprouts. The catfish serving was huge and the Mac with the chicken was delicious. We’ll definitely go back!

We hosted our wedding welcome party at the Stillery Westminster and had a pretty bad experience. Leading up to the event planning seemed easy, we continually asked if there was anything else we should know and were told it was pretty simple, pay for what you drink and eat. Two weeks before the event they let us know out of no where there was a minimum cost for the event which was completely new. They ended up “waiving” that. Day of we had done a package that was $35/person and included an assortment of 4 pizza choices, chicken, Mac and cheese, and some apps. They completely forgot the Pizzas! There was plenty of food for our group so not a huge deal, however they still charged us $33 per person which seems outrageous with such a huge miss on their part. Go figure the amount they charged us forced us into the minimum cost they said was “waived”. Service by the bartenders was great though! Guests had a great time but save yourself the headache and plan your event with someone else.
