I have been a loyal customer since I was a child. The Stadium survived Covid and deservingly so. After a hard day I decided to order 25 wings from the stadium. On the food app there is not an option to select “extra ranch”, but I’ve always called and simply asked for extra. This was never an issue. Today… whomever the older woman answering the phone was, decided to inform me that there is an “extra charge” for ranch. I explained to her that there was not an additional option for extra sauce. It was not the fact that they are charging extra, it was the abhorrent customer service skills this woman possesses. If the restaurant wishes to charge extra, I highly suggest this as an option for customers who simply want good food and great customer service that this place WAS known for. For the love of God, just give people some hope in this world and add a little ranch and kindness.

This is your “Regular guy” place. Basic American food, burgers, wings, philly’s. Have to agree with the varied reviews. Our servers have always been good, but food does sometimes take too long and is not up to par. The majority of our visits have been good. You got your high tops, low tables, and good size bar. We (4-6) of us like the atmosphere, but have had several nights where the game or music was beyond loud and we cut out quickly.

We stopped in to get some wings Togo and decided to order the steak bits appetizer also Togo. As we entered the restaurant it had a foul odor, but with most aging pubs this is common.
We order a drink at the bar and the service was good and friendly. We look over at another patron completely tanked, drooling and could barely talk(none of our business, however, if someone gets killed from a drunk driver, this establishment would be held liable).
We have eaten here before but it has been a very long time ago. We loved the steak bits (nice size portion)in the past and were looking forward to them. We placed our Togo order and waited while we finished our drink.
I went to the bathroom and they are unisex. The bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper in either bathroom. Urine and poop all over the toilets, didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a very long time, and probably the funky smell that hit us when we walked in the door.
Our order was brought to us in a brown paper bag stapled together. My boyfriend opened the bag to check our order, so glad he did! The steak bits were literally 1 ounce of beef (5 tiny pieces of meat) and two pieces of bread that looked microwaved.
We declined them and asked they take it off our bill as it was subpar food and really not worth the $10 they were asking for it.
If you are in your 20’s/30’s looking to get tanked this is your place. But I wouldn’t recommend this place or their food.

I usually just segway up to the stadium for a carryout. Everything is always great and they have the BEST crew. They were even good enough to get some pictures for me….. great place, glad it’s around the corner when I get in a bind for dinner.

Order take out. Order 10 mild wings and 10 plain wings with fries. Very disappointing and now I realize why I haven’t Order from them for awhile. Wings suppose to be breaded and they weren’t. 4 wings was missing chunk of meat off the bone. Wings weren’t good. Fries to thin for being homemade. I had a sangria while waiting for food, it was horrible. It tasted like it was water down. Not going back, I use to like this place and there are better restaurants.

Love the food, a little disappointed they raised the prices on the boneless wings to be expected! But charged for Blue cheese dressing, not extra Blue cheese for every Blue cheese.
17.00 for one pound of wings should come with at least 1 Blue cheese. Your faithful customers deserve better.

First time trying this place, unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. We ordered Hamburgers here based on the reviews and pictures on Google. The Appetizer was Tots with some bagged shredded cheese sprinkled on top, and they were ok. Nothing stood out with this dish. The Hamburger I ordered was the Breakfast Burger because of the Egg on top. The Egg was cooked perfectly, however, the Burger was overcooked and dry. The Fries were somewhat soggy. The other Burger was cooked as ordered thankfully. The presentation was nice and the Waitress did an ok job.

Horrendous Customer Service at The Stadium Restaurant and Bar
I have been a long-time resident of New Port Richey and decided to support a local establishment, The Stadium Restaurant and Bar. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others about their appalling customer service and disregard for customer needs.
I placed a takeout order for pretzels, specifically requesting over the phone that they be lightly cooked due to a throat condition stemming from prior radiation treatment. This critical request was entirely ignored. When I arrived home—after a 15-minute drive—the pretzels were not only severely burnt but also stale, rendering them completely inedible. To add insult to injury, the packaging was stapled shut, so I had no way to inspect the food before leaving the restaurant.
Upon calling the restaurant to rectify the issue, I was connected to a manager named Mike. I calmly explained the situation and requested a credit for the inedible food, offering to send photographic evidence of the burnt pretzels. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism or compassion, Mike took a condescending tone, dismissively correcting my estimation of how much additional time it would take to return and have the food remade. His arrogant attitude only escalated when I reiterated that I could not reasonably make another 45-minute trip for a simple $25 order. Rather than resolving the situation amicably, he rudely insisted this was “their policy” and refused to make any accommodations.
I will admit to losing my temper in response to his unprofessional demeanor, but this situation should never have escalated to that point. As a customer who politely explained a legitimate issue, I should have been treated with respect and care, not disdain and arrogance. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service skills demonstrated by the management at The Stadium is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
If you value your time, money, and dignity as a customer, I strongly urge you to avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of other local establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and are willing to address issues in a reasonable manner. The Stadium Restaurant and Bar clearly does not.

Good place, we had a couple of drinks and some apps, good nachos and wings, it’s really busy so don’t go if you don’t have some extra time! The service it’s not that personal, but the servers are moving fast to be able to take care of all the people. For a chill night and snacks it’s not bad at all.
