Had a Valentines special tasting menu which was better than anything you’re likely to sample elsewhere in St Albans. Really friendly with nice surroundings, and really great to support the next generation of hospitality providers who will go far. Great value!

Big makeover since last year – it’s now a warm and welcoming space and you can book at a time to suit you, rather than all being served at the same time. The service was impeccable, the food as delicious as ever. If you haven’t been – give it a try. It’s a wonderful way for students to learn hands on both how to prepared and cook top quality food but also how to work front of house too. They deserve our support!

A really fun dining experience with friends! We were expecting the 5 course tasting menu and received even more! Very attentive staff, providing decent descriptions of each course and providing us with everything we wanted! Would strongly recommend asking to be seated opposite the pass, so that you can observe all the kitchen action!
