We checked out The Spot Burgers and Beers in Hendersonville earlier this week after seeing a Facebook post that they had just opened, and overall it was a solid first visit.
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The cheesesteak itself was very good, though it could have used a bit of mayonnaise or another built-in sauce. Once I started dipping it into their Spot Sauce, it really came together and worked great. My wife had the double cheeseburger and enjoyed it, and my daughter had the kids’ hot dog, which she liked enough to finish completely — always a good sign.
Service was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant wasn’t busy when we went, with only a couple of other families dining at the same time, so the atmosphere felt relaxed and chill. We didn’t feel rushed at all, which made it an easy place to enjoy a family meal.
Since they just opened, the walls felt a bit bare and could use some more interesting decor to give the space more personality. The dining area also felt a little cramped, and we had to weave around chairs and tables to move through the room.
That said, the food was good, the service was friendly, and it’s great to see a new local spot open in Hendersonville. I’m interested to see how the place evolves as they settle in.

We went to The Spot Burgers and Beers in Hendersonville last week. We had the Jr. Spot cheeseburger which was cooked perfect and all of the toppings were fresh and delicious. We ordered zucchini fries which were so hot and crispy; love them with the ranch dipping sauce. The staff was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back again.

This place was very underestimated in our list. We live very close and have seen business after business fail on this location, but man this place has some amazing food! I really hope they do very well, we will keep supporting.
Burguer: very quick service and the taste is really good. Fresh actual meat and fresh vegetables with an affordable price.
Fries: fried in Tallow, taste is great and good season.
Waffle Sweet potato fries: the best I have had. I know it sound like made up but they are so crunchy and tasty they are the right width. Really delicious!
Chicken swandwich: the sauce and the seasoning Mae it really stand out and although spicy it’s still retain juicy taste. Very good!

The fries were the BEST fries I’ve had in awhile! Service was good, nice vibe, prices were reasonable. The burger was tasty, but TINY… think kids’ size patty. Definitely needed at least a double burger to be filling and satisfying.
