It was PHENOMENAL. We brought in 36 people without being able to give any notice and not only did they accommodate our party in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday, they provided exceptional service. Loren was so kind and wonderful. Abigail was so helpful, kind, and got everything correct which is hard on a busy night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Winter weather has iced me in here, but food is good, the staff friendly and helpful and always a smile. Lots of TV’s for entertainment, dart boards, and a few others. Very pleased with the experience I’ve had here.

We had the fries with dipping sauce… Go straight to the fireball ranch it was great. I went ahead and ordered the wings with the same sauce.

My husband and I love Hops House. We started going in on the rare occasion that we were able to have a date night (with 3 kids that can be tough!) but tonight we just had to have the wings so we made a special trip. I’ve seen the reviews about the price (it’s in a casino…) and the size of the wings. We have both been happy with the size of the wings when we go. I don’t think we have ever had bad service, usually everyone we talk to is extremely nice and will hold a conversation with you like they’ve known you for years.
Gave 4 stars only because the price is slightly high, but the food is well worth the money.

The Feels : I don’t know, and I highly doubt @stoolpresidente had anything to do with this creation, but he should stake his claim if so! If there is a bar to be set for the rest of the week, we’ll good luck contenders. Think Italian sausage, smothered in mozzarella and pepperoni. Add on shovels full of garlic parmesann to bury 2 perfectly cooked Mozz sticks and it’s a cheat code for all unique burgers to follow. It doesn’t just fill you up with the basics, it fills you up with everything a pizza loving Burger man can dream of.
The rating : 8.7 / 10 current pace setter for all burgers to follow this week.
Pro tip : take the mozz sticks off and eat them as a side. Then flip the top bunk over for easier access to the goods.
Pro tip part 2. Take only 10 bucks in or 20 if you are ordering a beer. Leave all other credit cards and cash inside your vehicle or at home, some where far away. This is inside of a casino, thus the 7.49 Burger can very easily become a $107.49 Burger.

So tried this placefor the 1st time on 5/18/25 at 11am. The older gentleman at the podium was very rude, either didnt want to be there or hates his job! Shouldn’t be the 1st person you meet at the door for sure! The food was awesome! The waitresss short changed us $20. She quickly went and got the $20 and gave it to us as if she was just seeing if we would notice. Hoping it was a honest mistake. So, today we went in Sunday at 11:30 to eat again because food was great yesterday! The guy at the podium acted lost, at this point not sure why you have these people standing there! We went in never got seated so we seated ourself. Waited 30min. never had anyone acknowledge us but you open the restaurant at 11:30 per your sign! We left! You are no different then anywhere else in the building with just very poor service throughout!! No one that works there either knows anything, or has a bad attitude!
