Beautiful views and delicious food. They have fresh oysters and a good variety of sea food. The atmosphere is super romantic and calm. I’d recommend it!

We had lunch at The Spinnaker on a weekday in June, 2023. Parking was a little tight, but we found a spot. We were seated quickly once inside. It was past one PM, which might have made it easier to get a table.

It has the best view in Sausalito.

Beautiful location. We stopped by in the evening for drinks, so I don’t know about the food, it looked good though. The prices seemed good considering that you pay for the location too.

If this review was based only on the breathtaking views, it would be 5 stars. The food was pretty underwhelming though. I’d recommend coming here for drinks and/or appetizers, just so you can soak in the view. Then go get your real meal somewhere else. I had clam chowder at three different places on my trip to San Francisco and this was the most expensive, but least flavorful. My boyfriend ordered a $40 steak that was so bland. $15 steaks from chain steakhouses taste way better. You’re literally only paying for the view when you come here.

Loved the fried artichoke!! Seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection! We immediately let our server know that we were on a bit of a time crunch, since we were on a tour of Sausalito. He accommodated our order and got our check ready for us almost immediately and his service was absolutely appreciated!

Come for the view not the food. Shrimp and scallop angel hair in tomato cream pasta sauce was way overlooked with soggy under seasoned pasta. The crab cakes were small and mostly breadcrumb. Prawn cocktail was good but only had 4 prawns and was $20! My shrimp salad had a generous helping of bay shrimp but they were a bit mushy. Must have gotten the B team today. Our waiter didn’t give us the specials which is sad because my husband would have ordered the risotto had he known about it! Also we were surprised when the other waiter offered another table parmesan cheese – our waiter did not offer any.

From the second you walk in this place has some of the best views of the San Fransisco Bay. Shortly after you are seated you are greeted with delicious bread and the menu is extensive and seafood heavy. Everything my table had was wonderful from the Dungeness & Rock Crab Mac & Cheese to the Angel Hair with shrimp, scallops, and clams, then I can’t forget the bouillabaisse. The service is also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an amazing restaurant that I would recommend to everyone.
