DO NOT GO HERE! I have only been here 3 times, this last Friday I came in started a tab with the short bald guy. He shoves my card into his card reader really hard and I hear a grinding noise. He then looks puzzled an ask something wrong with your card, I said nope NEVER AN ISSUE. I said it has tap if your thing isn’t working. He taps it and hands it back, I now have a cut across my chip to the end of my card and I said hey dude your machine just messed up my card. I said i heard a noise when you put it in, he said so did I. So the night goes on and I cheer on the singers, no one seemed to have any issues but the bald guy, he says something to me outside that he had complaints of the cheering and whistles. That irritated me because the only 1 with a issues was him, everyone else loved it…. so I say I will probably never be back. I get my tab and it is $28.82, I tell the girl “nothing against you as I hit NO TIP” THE $28.82 CLEARS MY BANK WITH A GREEN CHECK MARK. TODAY IS SUNDAY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO THE SPILLWAY SINCE FRIDAY, THERE IS A NEW CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR $18.82!!!! That is FRAUD, and I have reported it!!! You DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to add anything to my card DAYS LATER, when I pay my bill and say NO TIP!!!

Can’t believe we waited so long to try this amazing spot! The food was delicious and the service was so accommodating. We had the Cobb salad and the loaded breakfast bowl. Our waitresses made sure our food was exactly right!

Update- still love coming here for a relaxing drink on the deck after work. Great atmosphere for a drink. According to staff, live Bluegrass most Wednesday evenings and other music on other days. Small menu of appetizers, paninis and a shrimp skewer. Warm pimento cheese on warm bread bites was good. There’s something for everyone… Dark beer, light beer, and harder stuff. Service always friendly. Indoor tables, sidewalk tables, and patio furniture on heated, covered, private back deck. I will definitely be back.

UPDATE: New owners but same ridiculous prices. If they want to survive they need to realize getting a little money from a lot of people is better than trying to get a lot from a few people. We want you to survive but somethings gotta change. Good luck!

Great Place to Celebrate Anniversary! Jason Passmore was very entertaining with some great music!! Made my wife and I do a slow dance, we were the only ones dancing. I don’t like to dance, but loved dancing with my beautiful love. Thanks Jason and Spillway!!!!!!!
