My fiancé and I were beyond impressed by the variety and quality there was at this new spot The Spark. To start, we had some hot crunchy samosas and some flavorful flame momos, which are their momos in tandoori spices. Our curries were deliciously flavored and nicely spiced(you can order 1-10 level spice, we got 3 and 5 and they were perfectly fine). For dessert we went all out with mango lassi, a carrot pudding, and mango popsicle that tasted so fresh! The customer service was also very friendly, the server was very attentive for anything we needed. The owner is also very kind and when he’s there, he walks by the tables and makes sure everyone is satisfied. This spot is a MUST TRY!

Chana saag (sooo happy when I seee someone has this on the menu), gobi 65, mulligatawny soup all super delicious and very obviously fresh made – there were whole curry leaves in two of the dishes and I ran into a bit of whole spice in one of them as well. Always a good sign.
Value is solid. Portions were spot on for the price ($45 for two people with tip). Would definitely order again.

The Spark is the sister of Aroma Grill and Bar Nepali Cuisine and it has many new and creative items that we are super excited about!!! The food has the same delicious legacy as Aroma and it’s soo much fun to explore the new menu (see pics). Creativity and innovation is the best way to describe the style and beautiful flavors at The Spark. What a wonderful place to enhance your love for Indian and Nepali cuisine!!!! The Chili Momo’s are to die for and the Samosa Chat is my wife’s absolute favorite! The Chicken Thali is an incredible deal and you get such a variety. It also comes with my favorite dessert, Gulab Jamun!!! I highly recommend it! The food is only rivaled by the kind and warm service. The great people at The Spark are genuinely happy that you chose them to dine with and we love them for that with all our hearts! It’s emotionally delicious!! Please give The Spark a try and tell them Jason sent you..it’s phenomenal what they’ve done!!!!

Delicious curry chicken served with a selection of Nepali beers and mouth watering garlic naan. They even had Nepali music videos playing. The chai was great, also. The staff is very friendly. The place is close to us at the corner of North Tarrant and Precinct Line near Davis, beside Wal Mart. I worry that there are too many other South Asian restaurants, but this is as good as the best. I hope they make it.

Fresh Indian food and extremely welcoming, sweet and humble staff. I got the samosas, daal and the gajar halwa. Everything made fresh and melodious Indian/Nepali songs playing. Would love to come back to try more.

Oh my, the absolute best Korma and Curries I’ve ever had. Wait staff was super sweet, the owner/chef came and spoke with every table. We felt like VIPs!!

Great food, great service! My family is new to this cuisine, and the waiter was very helpful in explaining what things are and giving recommendations.
The atmosphere was good, its a small but well decorated interior, the only thing is the music videos on the TV were distracting to my ADHD self. Not really a problem just something that effected me.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys good food and new experiences. The spice level is adjustable, if you’re someone like me who cant tolerate a ton of heat, dont order anything over a 3 out of 10.
Over all a great experience and will be coming back.

The food was delicious! Our kids loved momo and spring rolls. We tried Thali and it was amazing! The service was great! We are so happy finally we have an authentic Indian/Nepali restaurant near by! We will definitely go back 🙂
