The Soup Spot is located inside Ocean Casino resort. They are open Sun – Thu 12PM – 7PM and Fri – Sat 12PM – 8PM.
A friend of mine was in the mood for soup, so this place seemed like the perfect pick. They’ve got a solid selection of house-made soups, sandwiches, salads, and sweets.
I noticed they offered a soup flight, so that’s what I got. You get three soups for $14. I went with the crab & corn chowder, chicken pot pie, and Manhattan clam chowder. All three were enjoyable and hit the spot. The Manhattan clam was my favorite.
For a sandwich, I went with the Italian Muffuletta. It came stacked with Italian meats, lettuce, tomato, onions, and olive tapenade. Fresh and satisfying.

Service was great, the waiters were sweet, the food was good and loved the presentation for soup, loveedddd the loaded potato soup and the carb and corn chowder, the chicken pot pie was a tad salty though. Only other feedback was the grilled cheese wasn’t fully melted and I wasn’t feeling the cupcake, but I will 100 percent be back

Food was great! Was craving soup so badly and I was shocked to find Ocean has this great spot. I was in so much pain and all I wanted was warm soup so worth it!! They were fast soup tasted fresh. I got the chicken pot pie soup and my friend got the chicken noodle soup both were perfect. Will come back there everytime from now on.

The food is Amazing. Didn’t try the soups but the sandwiches I ordered are in the “best” level category. Location is unassuming but don’t let this deter you. My only issue is that it closes early, 8pm. To the Ocean Resorts food management department, can you have the same or similar food at Caffechino or extend the hours at The Soup Spot. Thanks

All perfect, we ordered chicken soup , onion soup and chicken noodles for kids, also the sandwich was good definitely loved the chicken soup I ate , I didn’t take a picture of the food ) we were hungry so here are we ❤️ definitely recommend this place , also the soup was hearty

The soup flight was fantastic! I chose the chicken pot pie, the loaded baked potato, and the homestyle chicken noodle. The biscuit and the croutons were out of this world. So good I got it 3 days in a row!
