Got the 2 slice special for lunch. The pizza looked like it had been out since yesterday. I had had pizza from the other location in Naples yesterday and it was delicious this was subpar. The gentleman at the counter was too busy talking on his phone to even acknowledge me when I came in and there was zero atmosphere in the location. If this had been my first dealings with Napoli Pizza I would never come back but I’m willing to give it a second shot but not at this location. I had them add mushrooms to the pizza and they were raw and cold.

I can’t lie, what I ordered is not what I mentally pictured. I assumed grandmas pie was round. It is not. It is a rectangle. I added ricotta because what’s better with pure Italian flavors than ricotta? I opened the box, slightly confused. But I am now on my second round tonight and it’s so good and flavorful. I don’t weigh much more than this pizza (ha!) but I am a little thing; so it’s rare I go back for seconds. Truly worth the calories and money.

DoorDash stated 27 min. When the order wasn’t here after an hour I called the restaurant ( as the site states they handle their own deliveries ). The gentleman stated driver on the way in 15 min. Our food finally arrived 1 hour and 36 min after ordering. I don’t know how they do with inside dining but I definitely DO NOT recommend them for delivery.
Also… when it finally arrived … the cheese and pepperoni in the Stromboli were not cooked completely.

Napoli on the Bay pizza at the original location in olde Naples is amazing but the one in Naples Park is horrible. Never fully cooked, not great service and way too expensive for what you receive. It’s too bad the original owners expanded so much without passing on knowledge of how to actually bake a pizza. Never going to the Naples Park one again, but if I’m in olde Naples I’ll grab a slice there.

I couldn’t help but comment! Terrible service, there’s only one person working, the guy cleans and prepares the pizza, and the pizza is awful and very expensive! This place should be closed.

The worst restaurant in Naples! I ordered from DoorDash, they said Napoli delivers on their own. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! They charged me! Saying they delivered??? Where ? I will NEVER ORDER FROM

First time ordering at this location and they got it wrong. I ordered a large uncut/unsliced margarita pizza with spinach and wings. I went to pick it up twenty minutes later and they cut the pie into slices. I politely told them I did not want it and to please make me a new one. The pizza cook gave me a funny look and started on a different order. I asked him when he would start it and said in a few minutes. I waited 40 mins before I got my correct order. I am all for business expansion but consistency is a key to success. I hope for a better experience on the next visit to a Napoli location

Slowest delivery ever! I ordered thru DoorDash and it said the pizza would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. And hour later I finally had my pizza. They use their own driver so no fault on DoorDash for the slow delivery. The pizza is average at best. Pick a different place for your pizza.

Napoli’s has by far the BEST pizza in Naples no matter which location you go to. But, if you go to this one, be prepared for the WORST service you have ever received. Employees are impolite, less than welcoming, and act like you’ve inconvenienced them. I even tried to order delivery a few months ago to avoid dealing with their terrible employees and the delivery driver took over an hour to delivery AND left my pizza outside my lanai, on the ground, and never knocked on the door to notify someone that food was delivered. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place is their pizza. Good luck getting any amount of decent customer service here.
