I heard they were passing through my town (Cañon City, CO) so I ran down to their location as soon as I got off work. Unfortunately, being later in the day they were all sold out of the crab legs. Which I completely understood. I decided on the shrimp tray and fried shrimp and I was not disappointed!!! The portion size was huge, the flavors delicious and the customer service amazing! I would 100 percent recommend them and I would definitely try to get there sooner. But like I said, I was NOT disappointed!! I hope they travel this way again….

Amazing food. Great flavors and customer service. I discovered 3 weeks ago and have gone back every weekend for take out. Mac and cheese is delicious with lobster or crab. Star of the show are the crabs. Delicious with choice of spices. They know how to do crabs right! This Marylander approves. The gumbo was full of sausage and seafood and just wonderfully seasoned. Very happy about this new addition to Lincoln’s food scene.

We had the pleasure of catching The Smoking Crab Food Truck as it passed through San Angelo, TX — and let me just say, the food was nothing short of amazing!
Our family ordered the crab boil, fried shrimp with fries, and fried fish with fries… and I’m pretty sure we almost ate our fingers off! Everything was incredibly flavorful, moist, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a taste of true Cajun comfort food — bold, savory, and absolutely satisfying.
From the moment we approached the truck, the team greeted us with phenomenal customer service. They took our order promptly and even brought our food out to our vehicle. That kind of friendly, thoughtful service really stood out.
The Smoking Crab rolling through San Angelo was both refreshing and delicious, and we’re so thankful for the chance to enjoy it. Anytime this truck comes back through West Texas, we’ll be first in line!

Went to a food truck here in Pueblo CO that was only here for a few days, saw a picture of the seafood Mac and cheese and really wanted it. I went the first day they opened the food truck and was told that they didn’t have the Mac and cheese and they would have it the next day. I went the next day and was told again that they didn’t have it but they would have it the next day. I went one more time and they still didn’t have it. I would not trust this company with anything!!!! I did order the boiled dishes and saw that they used frozen seafood and not fresh. It wasn’t that great anyway. I wouldn’t recommended this place at all!

Ordered our food stated they did not have what we wanted and they only had fish and chips left. So we ordered three orders of fish and chips they overcharged us and did not give us a receipt or any way to get a receipt. They then proceeded to give everyone behind us in line whatever they ordered that was not just fish and chips, I then waited over an hour for the food to be ready just to go home and eat it and then everyone got violently sick with vomiting and diarrhea from the food.

Worst and dirtiest food truck I’ve ever seen. Said they opened at 11:30. Didn’t take first order till after 12:30. No replies on Facebook. Asked them and they blocked me so can’t warn others. Do not recommend
