Called at 10:35am google said it was open, lady answer saying “Hotel”
I was confused, then proceeded to say I’d like to make a order. “We don’t open til 11am” kinda had a bitter taste, now I’m not feeling calling again just that interaction was awful
Maybe not answer phone with “hotel”
Just pretend to be happy that you work there, I could feel the frustration in your voice.
No option on helping us order later it was just awkward silent
