Customer can NOT use the restrooms because your employees want to let it air dry completely before they unblock it… No matter how long it takes. Now you know why this store does not profit as it should. No restroom No money to buy anything. Going to McDonald’s where they have respect for there customers.

Reviews are right about the difference in Day crew and night crew. Make a mental note that this place closes at 5:00pm because you’re not gonna get good service, food, or attitudes after. Girl at the window was sleeping, young man was shaking his head when I ordered, and the manager not wanting to be there either.
Other businesses down the street and will do the job 10x better. Unfortunate experiences. Beware and good luck.

I go there because the day crew is fast and awesome. No problem there. The problem is that almost every night I go there, the managers I take it, that work at night, always locks the doors in the evening and you cant go in. I quit going there due to that. My family and I walk over there in the evenings and crab a bite to eat and to get out of the house but not now since these last few times we have been there and doors are locked but drive thru is open. There is never a sign stating the lobby is closed. This is mostly around 6 in the evening. This restaurant is the one off of Berry St. Near TCU campus. I tried to look up the owner and see if this was policy due to students being out but I never could find the number for them. I tried calling but no one answers.

Sauntered in around the prime time of lunch, and let me tell you, the atmosphere was poppin’. It was the kind of chaos you only see on the trading floor, or maybe during the playoffs when the ref’s gone blind. Still, amidst the madness, there was a strange, siren-like allure.
Got my hands on their specialty – the Sourdough Jack combo. We’re talkin’ a juicy patty, slathered in their secret sauce, stacked with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato, all sandwiched between two slices of that golden, toasted sourdough. A sinful pleasure that would make even the most virtuous of us stray.
Accompanying this delectable morsel was the classic, ice-cold Coke. So cool, it could’ve been Sinatra in a bottle. Made me want to put on a pair of shades indoors and call everybody “baby.” An irresistible duo they were, the burger and the Coke, just like Bonnie and Clyde, or perhaps even Ben and Jerry.
But let me tell you about the pièce de résistance: the fries. They were crispier than a winter morning in Boston and hotter than a Hollywood romance. Just the right kind of partner to this hedonistic combo.
Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s no five-star restaurant, it’s no caviar and champagne. But it’s Jack in the Box, man. It’s like your favorite dive bar. It’s not pretentious, it’s not putting on airs. It’s just good, honest food.
In the end, it was a lunch date that left me satisfied, content, and full. But also wanting more. Always wanting more. That’s the magic of Jack in the Box, folks. It’s a constant tease, always keeping you coming back for more.

My order was made Perfect and, everything was made fresh just like the pictures (I can’t have meat and, they’ve always made my visit a pleasant experience) My experience prior to me driving to this location was awful. Everytime I come the order is repeated back and, made correctly. Thank You all so much keep up the good work.

Bacon ultimate cheeseburger huh…. The patties are cold, cheese cold, barely 1 piece of bacon… This thing looks like it’s been sitting around hours…. Do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks to Whataburger. What a disappointment

That Cluck sandwich is clutch! If you like don’t like sweet then ask for no sauce. Still, while the sandwich was amazing, the service wasn’t and there plenty of dirty tables. Did we suddenly about cleanliness and COVID?

Went there 8am .ordered the Supreme Croissant extra cheese . this is how it came . not for sure but it looked like the manager was cooking. So if they send this out like this . That means they do not care about the customer. And teach there employees the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND
