I ordered the brisket fried rice and smoked chicken bowl. Both were great. I really love that the chicken bowl wasn’t terriyaki sweet like most places make it. This was savory with only the veggies adding natural sweetness. The fried rice had a great smoky bite. Both tasted even better the next day. I’ll be glad to drive 1.5 hours on my next trip to visit this place again. No one else I know of offers this kind of food.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to mix real American BBQ and amazing Asian food? I didn’t but am I glad I found this place. I had the Yaki soba with brisket and there brisket lumpia, the flavors mesh so well together I wonder why I have never seen this before. If you love BBQ you need to try mike’s cooking, he will have you hooked for life.

Another great meal, our fourth visit and it again satisfied my taste buds.
This visit I had the yakisoba with pulled pork. Fresh vegetables with the saviory smoked pork, Humm.
The wife had the fried rice with brisket. For our appetizer we had a order of lumpia and barbacue beans.
These are rich with flavor and a touch of heat from green peppers.

If there is Heaven on Earth … it has to be The Smoked Asian in Poulsbo, WA. I am not even exaggerating. Imagine Filipino / Asian cuisine infused with good ole Kansas City Secret BBQ processes, done on an Authentic Seattle Seahawks smokers (I am not kidding.) This is definitely the BEST find in WA. The biggest reason for people to get a Ferry to Poulsbo is The Smoked Asian. You WILL thank me later. It was worth the wait, and worth every dollar.

We had the pulled pork fried rice. The taste was very good, made fresh to order and the quantity was adequate for 2. We also had the smoked pulled pork spring rolls. It was the best we had in a long time- thin crispy layer outside and a bomb full of flavor inside. Overall a must visit if you are in Kingston. The owner is super sweet and attentive to your needs.

What a great find! The owner personally came up to me when I was waiting for my food and talked about his inspiration and story of the business, and even gave me a sample of the amazing smoked pork! I ordered the pork belly lunch special (with Mac salad and rice) as well as the brisket rice bowl and both were so good!!! I have been looking literally everywhere for a place that does good pork belly and I think I’ve found the winner! Highly recommend this place, the food and the people are all amazing.

A much needed addition to Kingstons flavor. On top of being delicious, it’s new and it’s at clever idea. This business brings something special to what people usually look for in BBQ or asian style food. Highly reccomend trying.
Also run by very friendly people.

Incredible food. The brisket had a perfect smoke ring. The flavor was amazing. But let’s get down to why this is a three-star review: the price. Two brisket Smoked Asian signature sandwiches with a 20% tip came out to $33. And these sandwiches were far from huge on hamburger-size brioche buns, and did not even come with a drink or a cheap little bag of Lay’s potato chips. I get that it is tough to make a living and it is quality ingredients, but this price was not justified.
