If you just need good unhealthy Mexican food, this is it. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it without driving far. I live close by so it’s a great spot to get some quick comfort food. It’s never busy when I go, around dinner time.

I thought the food was pretty good. Good portions and fast service. It’s not spectacular but I will definitely come back. The man taking my order was respectful and attentive. I thought the prices were also fair. It was pretty awesome asada fries though.
Update- I’ve tried 3 other local Mexican restaurants (including the big chain one) and this by far my favorite place.
These are the best asada fries anywhere. The pastor is a little sweet and wet. But it’s better than being dry like other places.
It’s closed sundays.

Love their street tacos and enchilada plate. I need to go back to try other dishes. Friendly service. I liked that the TV was playing some soccer games. Restroom could be cleaner.

Quickest way to lose a regular customer is to arbitrarily not honor your stated special price “just for today”.

I’m not a strip mall eater but my wife was hungry and looked this place up. I don’t visit the area because it was my patrol area. So, you never go into an area where you used to patrol because you never know who you may run into. So, I changed my diet about four years ago to pescatarian/vegetarian. This is a small place that sells mexican and american food. TOUCHDOWN!!!! This place is big on flavor, presentation and simplicity. The fish Tacos are amazing! My wife had the NACHOS! She finds something wrong with everything but she ate the whole thing and made me leave a tip. The restaurant is ran by the next generation and they are doing a marvelous job. If you want good food, relaxing atmosphere please visit this place. If you like SPICY, Try the Diablo sauce. Fantastic. I like my spicy, NUCLEAR! You won’t be disappointed.

Expensive, more than other Mexican places I’ve been. I bought a burrito de asada, it tasted good, even though it was only beans and asada because I can’t eat rice. I spent $11.30. That’s expensive for a burrito that I can buy for about $8 somewhere else. But I wanted to be able to leave a review so I ordered it.
The place was empty, I figured with those prices they will be and maybe also they want to make up for the lack of customers

First time I tried this place in ’07, I remember I really liked their chicken chimichanga.
After I moved back to the area not too long ago, I decided to give it another try.
Ordered the chicken chimichanga again and liked it a lot. Big. Grilled chicken. Lettuce. With a mound of guacamole on the side.
$10.
P.S. I’m not big on KOST 103 being blasted from the speakers, though. Maybe they could turn it off or play jazz or Mexican music.
