If you are stuck in no man’s land and need meat, you got it. You actually get a nice healthy portion which is why I won’t give a terrible review. Keep in mind, this BBQ is very Google Recipe Safe, (I should hash tag GRS). My tongue told me this is electric pellet smoker with liquid smoke, prove me wrong please. Atmosphere seems very hipster yet cool vibe. Pics on the wall were of black sabbath era yet I was oldest person inside (43). I’d eat again to avoid BK down the street. Enjoy your…….BBQ?

So we found this place while wandering around Hanford on a Sunday, but they were closed. We came back down to Hanford, about a 40 minute drive from Fresno, on a Saturday a few weeks later JUST to try the food, and it was INCREDIBLE. Friendly owners (small, family-owned place) and great food at reasonable prices.
5/5, would drive down again just for the food.

Food is VERY disappointing. Both my husband and I received cold meat that was half fat, I bit into my onion rings to find the onion still frozen, and there was only one other couple there it’s not like they were busy. The brisket tasted like it was microwaved not smoked at all. Only reason I can give it 2 stars was because the staff was very friendly.

Best barbecue I have ever had, however they have been closed the last 4 times I’ve gone there. They should at least notify people of their strange hours online. I want to eat there food, but it’s always hard to tell if they are going to be open

Took 30 minutes to get our sandwiches, which were mediocre at best. There was only 2 people working to resuturant. A few other people walked in and waited to be helped, after several minutes no one came and took their order so they left. They are just understaffed and it shows in their service.

I like the low key atmosphere and the music playing. KFUN is actually broadcasted from the restaurant! The portion sizes are good and the owner and workers are nice.

The tri tip was just fat and the buns weren’t even toasted. The service was just horrible because it took 30 minutes for a poor tri tip sandwich.
