I visited Panda Express today and was assisted by an employee named Noah, and I want to give him a huge shout-out.
I come to this location often because I live nearby, and I sometimes have specific requests for my food; mainly asking for the chow mein to be shaken up so there aren’t too many veggies, because my kids don’t like them and at home I have to remove any remainder left since they love their noodles.
At almost every Panda Express I go to (including this one), I usually get a bit of an an attitude for this request.
It often feels like it’s a bother to the employees, even though it’s something small that makes a big difference for my family.
But today was completely different.
Noah helped me with zero attitude, zero annoyance, and zero hesitation. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely happy to help. It’s the first time I’ve ever had someone at Panda Express handle my request so kindly and without making me feel uncomfortable asking .
I was honestly so satisfied and grateful for his service today. Noah went above and beyond with something simple but meaningful, and that kind of customer service deserves recognition.
Thank you, Noah! you made my visit a great one!

Orange chicken and the Beijing chicken was delicious except for the fried rice and noodles, they were dry and seemed like it had no soy sauce. The drive thru attendant was friendly. They almost forgot our side of noodles as well.

I am so annoyed with this place…. the amount of cabbage or whatever the heck they put in the chow main is literally insane…. this is the amount of noodles we had compared to cabbage……… Almost a full container of just the veggies? WHERE’S THE NOODLES?!?!?!?!? Fried rice was hard and not fully cooked… Mostly white. The orange chicken was at least fresh and just made but we stayed in the line for 17 minutes while we waited so i guess that’s a thing too?????? So disappointed… Fix your veggie to noodle ration… and higher people that actually care about “decent” food going to their customers smh. Not these damn teenagers who just need a job for a check and won’t actually make the food properly. I get that it’s “fast food” and not gourmet but honestly it’s NOT even FAST and not even considered decent.

Went inside on Christmas Eve and they were incredible! They were one of the few places open and you could tell they were slammed, but all the staff were working nonstop and the manager Tiffany made sure everyone was taken care of. Food was fresh and portions were great.

I don’t know why this store has 3 stars. You all must have been having a bad day already. I went here today, and let me tell you the positive, welcoming vibes were top tier. Andy provided brilliant customer service. However, Troy put the icing on the cake with such friendly, people person vibes. We talked like we knew each other for years. This is customer service. I doordashed to this location on christmas eve. My order was ready for 30+ min and they just let it sit their because “the lobby was closed. they forced me to wait in the drive through line even tho my order was already completed. I even asked if they could just hand it to me and they said there was nothing they could do. The Service was so bad im literally sitting here in line STILL writing this review and I have not once ever felt the need to do this. If you doordash, I would 1000% decline every offer from this location. HORRIBLE service.
