Visited on a Saturday and had no problem getting a seat or reservation.
It was very spacious in there and the staff were all lovely and don’t bother you at all when eating!
The food came out quick and was lovely.
Had the Heart Attack burger and a plater. Both were cooked perfectly.
Would definitely go back!

Absolutely unreal from start to finish, we had the ultimate mixed grill to share between 2 of us! The food was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. All of the meat was so tender and the sides were just paired perfectly with it all.
They had a great choice of drinks on the menu, the whole vibe was friendly and welcoming – you can really see they care about their customer service and the quality of everything they serve!
We couldn’t find a fault at all with the smoke haus in Cardiff will 100% be returning!

On a Friday night, I and a friend were able to walk in around 6.00pm and easily find a table. The timing of the waitresses was spot on in my opinion, very observant of our behaviours and knew when to take our orders, so not much waiting around.
The vibe is geared towards meats. I ordered a burger and loaded fries which I just managed to finish off with a couple of Camden Stout’s.
Overall a great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food.

Burgers are amazing, the brisket is really tender and falls apart beautifully. Prices aren’t bad considering its such good quality. Service was very friendly and quick. Would definitely recommend this place!

Me and my mate went to The Smoke Haus in Cardiff and we both had Plate A from the Pit. The portions were generous and filling, though one of the briskets was a bit dry and we didn’t enjoy the chimichurri. I accidentally knocked my drink over, but the staff member kindly replaced it and wouldn’t let me pay, which was great customer service. Overall, a decent BBQ spot with friendly staff.

OMG!! this place is amazing. As soon as you walk in the Smokey aroma hits you. The food was beyond my expectations and the service we received was outstanding. If you’re in Cardiff and looking for somewhere to eat Go there – you will not be disappointed

Came here Saturday with my partner. We arrived at about 4 pm and were seated straight away. Quite a few people there at this time but not rammed. Service was fast with drinks being served to us very quickly. We ordered plate a and plate b. I had plate b which was £40. Having been here a few times over the years and it being on point, I have to say on this occasion I was slightly disappointed. The brisket was a bit dry. The ribs were well smoked and had nice flavour but ribs on the small end of the rack were very hard. The beans were absolutely banging fairplay. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy but lacked any real flavour to be honest. There wings and pulled pork were really nice. For the price and considering it’s a smoke house I expected the plate to be on point so was a bit of a lot down. Also I noticed the burger menu average price was £20!! That’s very steep for burger and Fries in my opinion. Overall the experience this time was just OK. Staff were very nice and the service was great.

The best burgers I’ve ever had! Not cheap but worth it! The only negative experience I had is when we ordered a salad, it came unwashed and with dirt on it. We told that to the staff and the guy responded with “no worries”. Might have been a miscommunication, but serving this is unacceptable. Other than that, amazing food, service and atmosphere. My personal favourite was the donut burger. I haven’t been there in a while but I hope it will be back on the menu next time I go.

LOVE ! LOVE ! LOVE ! Went on a monday about 5pm….very quiet..welcomed by lovely girl i think chloe?? Orederd food ..didnt take long to arrive ..drinks were reasonably priced…food was banging ! Amazing ! .deffoget yr money worth and quality was fab! Staff were amazing.friendly.efficent attentive ..! I gave dessert a miss but my son etc had some.lookd amazing they said it tasted fab! But we all agreed no dezsert worth 9.50!?? Over priced. Miller amd carter amd most places are 7.50.sp deducted a point for that as size quite small and jzt well overpriced! However great staff great service great food will deffo return..thanks guy yu do a great job!
