My husband and I ate lunch at the Signature. We’ve gone there regularly over the years without incidence. Our waitress , who I’ve not seen before, was rude and dismissive. Didnt smile, say hello or greet us in any way. We sat for 10 minutes before she approached our booth. She was unfriendly and militant. I ordered my burger medium rare and egg runny. After serving our meal, the waitress never returned to make sure everything was OK. My burger was well done and egg was hard. When she cleared our plates, I politely told her the burger and egg weren’t prepared as ordered. She didn’t say a word. No apology, no eye contact AND, she walked away while I was still talking. She didn’t discount the food ( which I didn’t anticipate). What a poor attitude and impression she left with us. She should not be a server. They cant afford her.

Fabulous restaurant bar and grill located in downtown faribault Minnesota. My parents went with their friends last year and said we had to try it! Did not disappoint. Our waitress was great and can make any drink you ask!! The food was great. Atmosphere on point! Definitely recommend.

Perfect greasy spoon burger and they have crinkle cut fries, what could be better? Nice service too, clean, and they have pull tabs at the bar. Food is also very reasonably priced. The burgers don’t come with fries but you can add them on at a small charge which is nice too if you aren’t in the mood for fries one day

Mozzarella sticks were amazing!! Crinkle cut fries and bacon cheeseburger weren’t bad either! Coke products an added bonus!!

Order food to go online, about 30 minutes before it said it would be ready we went to the bar to enjoy a drink while we wait….. we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, then 15 waiting for the drinks (the drinks had to have been sitting for awhile cause the ice was mostly melted and the drinks were watered down), and when our food was done and brought out it was cold, while we were still in the bar. We wanted to pick at the appetizers and they were all cold. Won’t be back.

Usually, I look forward to the food here but this time was a meant to be a treat. Got some pizza and burgers to enjoy after a long week. My burger was supposed to be medium/well, and hers was supposed to be well done with bacon. After getting home the medium/well patty was cooled and was on her burger and she nearly vomited.. and also had no bacon added on. Mine was well done. The fries were also hard and cooling. We live less than 5 minutes from here so we called in.. got a new order brought it home. Both burgers were black and hard from how much they cooked it, and her burger still had no bacon. By the time we settled down for pizza it was cold, but I’m sure it was made right because it was a cheese.
I may try them again, but I remember enjoying their $10 burgers with fondness. The front house was friendly and did provide a refund… but I’m surprised at the cooks.

This was my second visit to this place and I enjoyed it very much. My mom lives in assisted living out there and loves pizza! After taking her for a doctor’s appointment, we stopped in around noon for lunch. It was very quiet with only a few people there. We split a large deluxe pizza and loved it. It was hot and the crust was tasteful and thin, yet sturdy enough to hold up the generous amount of tasty toppings. Another great pizza there for us and we will be back!
