Visited this HHC location this past weekend and was very pleased with the service and sandwich; Aiden was super courteous and delivered a great customer experience. The fries were also great! I liked that they not only deliver the food to your table but also offered to bring us anything else we needed. The restaurant design is also super fun.

My son suggested we stop here for lunch as he came here a year ago or so. He was raving about how fantastic it was. We arrived and what a cool looking place just walking in the atmosphere is amazing. We we’re the only customers other than another couple at the time. We order the cheesy chicken sandwich which fries and chose the buffalo spice level. I’ve included a picture of it. Talk how about delicious but even better is the employees who come to check on you and how your service is and how your food is while you’re eating without being interruptive. Love this place will be coming back. Special thanks Kenly and Kai who who made our visit memorable

I came towards the end of the night the lobby look like it needed some of love. The customer service was great. They were really helpful even was helping out a DoorDash driver. The Employee did forget to put one of my ice cream shakes on and they just comped it and gave me one which I do appreciate. That is probably the only reason why I bumped it from 3 stars to four stars.
The chicken was really great testing on the chicken nuggets, but the breaded part was drenched and tasted like grease even though I had the honey flavoring.
Overall, it gave me a bad taste of my mouth, and I stopped eating the nuggets.
The peppermint shake was amazing. But really thick and you can’t really drink it through a straw, unfortunately.
The fries needed some help and the more tasted like the honey flavoring from the nuggets which I don’t want honey flavoring on my fries. I had a chicken sandwich at a different location up north and I had a good experience so I feel like I should let Management know that when you’re frying your chicken, you should watch out for excess grease in the bread unless you’re going for that.

Houston Hot Chicken never misses!
On my way to Las Vegas, I thought I’d get dinner here and see if this establishment adds up to the ones up in Utah and Salt Lake County. Boy, I was not disappointed!
Same great chicken, same spicy flavor, same experience.
There bathrooms were also clean so that’s a plus.
But, it’s a great dinner spot in a unique location.

Such a fun place for the entire family to come and eat! It is super hot though so be careful when ordering! But the chef Erik does an amazing job at everything that comes out and the lady Tawni who took my order was such a delight. Customer service was excellent and they even came and cleaned my table. Thank you for the yummy, but hot food! I mean it’s in the name HOT! I love the tortilla soup but have also heard amazing things about their delicious Mac n cheese!

I was wanting to try something new & this place did not disappoint . I ordered their chicken sandwich (spicy) & the tender ( buffalo ) with fries . The chicken sandwich was fully cooked bread was on point . It wasn’t very spicy & it needed more flavor. There were certain bites that had a lot of chicken & not enough flavor so it was too much chicken but other than that it hit the spot for a chicken sandwich . The Buffalo was very saucy & the Buffalo was mouthwatering . The fries were scrumptious & their house sauce is my new favorite . The Restruant itself was very welcoming & you felt instant comfort & like a good family dining experience . It’s always uncomfortable for me to try something new & this awesome experience makes me excited to continue doing so !

Before I begin this review, I would like to address a few of the reviews that have already been written. There are for some odd reason, a couple of negative reviews that are one and two stars, but their reviews don’t even make any sense. The negative reviews written on the day of opening were about slow wait times and poor food quality. There were hundreds of people, all in line for food, and they had the audacity to judge the quality of their entire experience on the busiest day they will ever have.
Anyways, here’s my honest review of Houston Hot Chicken. The line was still out the door, and it genuinely moved along pretty quickly. I placed my order and waited less than 5 minutes for it. The service was top tier, too! Extremely nice and fast workers. By the time I got back to work to eat it, my food was still steaming hot and none of it was soggy. The fries were truly the highlight of the show, they were a little sweet with light kick and a bunch of great flavor. The chicken was also excellent! It was extremely moist and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back here!

Only giving four stars because for almost $20 with tip for a chicken sandwich I expect to be blown away. The original chicken sandwich was really good and the fries were excellent! The service staff were also fantastic. Was it worth $20…nope.
