My first time ordering from here. Thought I’d try a gyro tonight. I’ve never had a bad one until today. The meat looked like a formed, pressed McRib. Kind of thick and mushy. The frozen kits at the grocery store are 100X better. And those are not very good. Super disappointed. As you can see, I had 2 bites of meat and the rest went in the garbage. Will never eat here again.
Responding to your response….. This order was delivered. As I noted. Has nothing to do with your QR codes and service. I’m sure you have a wonderful staff as I noted by giving 4 stars. My issue was with your fake, processed, McRib like gyro. The only way to fix issue is to have actual gyro meat. I have never in my 52 years of life seen what you put out as gyro meat. This is exactly what people should know before ordering this. I find it hard to believe it’s a favorite. Anyone who’s eaten a gyro from anywhere else I’m sure would beg to differ. Hopefully your other food items are good. This is not one of them and I won’t be stopping in again.

If you haven’t been to The Shoppe yet, you are missing out! Their Fish ’N Chips are absolutely delicious—the cod is perfectly flaky with a light, golden pub-style batter that isn’t greasy. Every bite is fresh and flavorful, especially when paired with their crispy premium fries and house-made coleslaw.
Beyond the food, the staff is incredible. Every time we visit, we’re greeted with big smiles and warm hospitality that makes you feel right at home.

My husband and I ate at the Shoppe for the first time last night. I hate to say this, but it was the best meal out I have ever had! I had the.Shoppe burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was absolutely perfect. It was so good. With thick cut bacon and leaf lettuce and house sauce, there’s no way you can improve on that smash burger!! The sweet potato fries were crispy, not soggy like you usually get them, with slightly brown crinkle edges. Thank you so much for providing such great food. I will definitely be a loyal customer! We came here from Naperville, IL and let’s just say I wish I could pack it up and take the whole place with me. The food was amazing, along with the service! We tried the burgers, chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, almost all the appetizers and of course the custard and they were all 10 out of 10. So much so that we came here for lunch and dinner! We can’t wait to come back!

The sweet potato fries are AMAZING, the regular fries were also very good. Burger was fresh, not greasy and hot. 100% we will be back.
ALSO they serve Leon’s Custard…the custard was SO good and smooth. Honestly, we can’t think of a place with better custard!!!

Love this place. Ice cream is smooth and full of flavor. I chose banana split with pecans instead of nuts and chose chocolate instead of vanilla and it was great. Presentation was beautiful. Price was spectacular. Banana split was in a big enough container that didn’t spill like other places. Outside of Leon’s being my favorite…this place comes in second! Must try!

Really like the look of the place. Has a nostalgic feel to it. Plenty of parking, and seating inside and out.
The staff person who took our order was very nice and helpful.
We ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae and a Creamery Butter Cake, with Hot Fudge. Both of them were excellent! Custard with smooth, the hot fudge was hot and rich.
Here’s what I didn’t like. They have order windows inside and out, but only the outside window was available. It was a cool night (not cold). We were eating inside, but I had to wait outside to get the order. It took what I thought was a long time, 10 minutes to get the order. It wasn’t busy, there were only other customers there ahead of me, and I could count 6 people working there. And lastly, for some reason they assumed that I was taking my order to-go, so they put my butter cake in a big plastic container and I had to eat out of that. Just felt awkward.
The ice cream was very good. But I would be concerned about the service when things are busier.

Stopped in tonight to try out the Shoppe’s food.
I had a burger my wife had a chicken sandwich bother were excellent and you could tell we’re made with fresh ingredients. The two staff members working were friendly! Would recommend and will definitely be back to try other food! O yeah and my for kids loved their ice cream as usual!

I have loved the Shoppe since before it was, the new owners are wonderful. And the general manager, Ashlee, is the greatest. Kind, caring, speedy but efficient also. She has such a welcoming vibe to her. Everytime I have gone, it has been pretty constant / busy. But food always comes out hot and very fast for my opinion.
