Visiting from Georgia & this was the first place my mom took me for lunch. Very friendly staff. Great selections & variety on the menu, but instead of getting one of the special burgers suggested on the menu, I ordered a standard cheeseburger with mayo lettuce tomato & raw onion. It was cooked exactly as I ordered it hot off the grill & the onion rings I had were thick, large, & delicious! (Only thing I didn’t like was the ketchup, which I substituted for ranch dressing for the rings) Nothing was dripping in grease! We never order dessert but got split a homemade cinnamon roll that was great! Mom got chicken fingers & onion rings & said everything was so good she wanted me to share our review online! The restroom only has 1 toilet, but very clean & well-maintained. We definitely will be telling our friends & coming back with other people before I leave.

Came in for a couple drinks before the high school game and was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t expect much but their bartenders are insanely nice, great people, and they made fantastic drinks, had a good selection and great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone!

Have been going to the shop since almost the opening. Went there last night (09/21/25) to have steak dinner with husband. To say anything good would be hard. First took over 30 minutes to get dinner. One steak was supposed to be mr and ended up medium, second steak was supposed to be medium ended up done and hard to eat. When I told the little girl she didn’t do or say anything. I’ve have spent hundreds of dollars in this place…WON’T BE BACK.

My daughter’s favorite thing about The Shop is the owners story on adopting cats. We loved the food and the outside sitting with the cats and chalk of course! Absolutely amazing waitress, she let my daughter feed the fish and she had the best time! Thank you for such a wonderful place!

I ordered a $30 steak meal to go. The steak was cooked unevenly and parts were very hard to chew. I ordered sweet potato fries and Mac & cheese as sides. The fries were in the container with the steak and soggy from the steak juice. Mac & cheese was Kraft. I really wanted to like this place and support Holdenville locals but it was truly disgusting and I ended up giving most of it to my cat 🙁

Went for lunch. They were open for business and we went inside to find them working on putting up lights, using power tools. Okay, fine, it’s gotta get done. (If I were the business owner, out of respect for myself and for my customers, that would have been completed not during business hours.) But then they proceeded to use spray paint to paint inside the restaurant while they are serving lunch and while we were in there.

This is a great place to visit if you are in Holdenville, Oklahoma. The chicken wings are excellent, and there are several varieties. They have great appetizers and a good selection of drinks. They just opened a few months ago, but each time we eat there, the menu is more diverse. It’s a great place to listen to music or watch sports, and I hear it is a great bar as well. I have not been there after 8 pm. I recommend you pop in for a burger or some wings when you are in town.
