It takes going back twice to get the order made properly. Lukewarm ice coffee is gross. They never use the right amount of ice and often it’s mixed incorrectly. They will remake it, but at that point it’s another 15 minute delay on top of your regular wait time. I wish staff were properly trained.

Starbucks is clean and you don’t have to have a key to use the restroom. The food is always great!
The only drawback is that the prices are getting higher and higher. $21 dollars for 2 cheese danishes and one short mocha and one grande mocha. Seems off.

They give drive through more priority than online orders. I was told my drink was next and they decided to give it to someone in the drive through. You order online to go in and out of the store.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so I get a plain black tea. They don’t always get my name right, but hey, who does? Like many others, I regularly have meetings there with clients or agents from my office because of the comfortable atmosphere. I enjoy being able to give small denomination gift cards for referrals, etc, & of course, they love receiving them. Always appreciate the service.

Ordered both drinks extra matcha powder x6. I cannot even tasted the Matcha on one of them. Disappointed. See the color differences.

Apparently, getting a few shots of chocolate in a cup at Starbucks is some sort of crime. I was totally fine with paying for it, but nope—company policy won’t allow it. The barista was great, so no complaints about her, but really? A big corporate rule against something this simple? And this is exactly why I ditched Starbucks after my teenage years. Your drinks were awful then, and this nonsense just proves I made the right decision.
P.S. Maybe instead of enforcing ridiculous policies, you could give the front desk girl a raise. Actually, give the whole team one—they’re the only good thing about this place.

This is not acceptable. I asked for a Vente with light ice and this what I get. The explanation I get was that if I had asked for ice it would be full. But I didn’t want a drink full of ice.they wouldn’t remake my drink when requested. I will never go here again.
