The Shep is the perfect location for hosting your private events! Our family celebrated our son’s first birthday party here as we needed a venue that could well accommodate 77 people. I cannot rave enough about the flexibility in crafting your personalized menu, the friendliness of the staff, the ability to decorate the entire restaurant to accommodate your theme, and overall satisfaction in the food and beverages of the day.

Didn’t eat so only rating the bar for a quick drink before dinner. Summer Saturday so it was fairly empty. It’s a sports bar that is probably busy during the fall through spring when Hoboken is buzzing. Drinks were good and bartender was friendly.

We love coming here! Trivia nights on Wednesday are always a fun time. Garrett and Anthony are so attentive no matter how packed the place is. Huge beer selection and the food is REALLY good. (The chicken wraps, tacos, and steak quesadilla are ). We even had our wedding after party here. Perfect place for everything!

It’s a nice pub spot if you want to go and hang out and watch a game and get a bite to eat. Food was pretty good and the service fine. Would need to go back to test out the drinks at the bar. Overall a good experience.
