Our server was really nice but the food was nasty. Ordered nachos, and they barely had any meat or toppings. The atmosphere was awkward. We were a group of blacks and whites and felt like people were staring at us as if we shouldn’t be there. Oh, and their priced pretty high for such nasty food.

My husband and I usually like to go to downtown bellaire for dinner when we are in the area. However we have a new baby and it was just easier to get a dinner order in…after looking at the menu we felt like there were some good options. We ordered a salad to share and the pesto chicken pasta. The girl said it would take 10 min and my husband went right up to get our order and it was our fault for not checking but the $20 pasta had no garlic bread (when it said it comes with it) and there was a handful of chicken pieces thrown on it. We weren’t happy when we opened the box but we were so hungry that we said whatever…we took a bite and it literally tasted like water. There was no amount of salt or flavor in the world that would bring this pasta back. Not to mention the pasta was so hard. I’m all for an al dente pasta but this wasn’t edible. They did give us our money back but I honestly didn’t even care about that. I just wanted a warm cooked meal. I wasn’t looking for an amazing dinner but we had been traveling all day and we were hungry. We ended up just throwing it away and I am a person who hates wasting food. If you plan to put a pasta at a $20 price point make sure there is flavor and enough chicken to make that price fair. We will not be back.

Stopped in for a drink while waiting to meet up with our group and get into our condo. Service was great…. Very nice spot and convenient when at Shanty Creek. Went here a few times during our week stay.
We also are at Sarduci’s in the same spot. Food was great!!! Good wine selection. Service was awesome! Will definitely eat there am next time we are there.

One of our favorite places at Shanty Creek! Cozy atmosphere, friendly service and clientele. All season bar with an outside fire pit for skiers and cooler weather. Nightly entertainment available throughout most prime season times. Excellent location! Good food!

Would recommend this establishment. The atmosphere at first was a bit dry, but after striking up conversation with the bar tender/waitress it turned out to be a great experience. Had a great time and would visit again.

Love this cozy little locals bar. Food has really improved since last year. Great place to chat with other patrons or the staff. On a nice night we even chill by the fire pit and socialize. Right next to the Lakeview Lodge and many if the condos. We will definitely be back.
