Been coming here since it opened and every time I bring some one new it’s always a hit. I love coming here they always have plenty of parking and great food. Yes, the sauce is different and it may not be for everyone. But for those I have recommended, I know they have been coming back for more . As For me I love the taste and the staff is always nice . The food is always consistent, they notify us when they are out of items that aren’t in season.

A broke man’s Boiling Crab. Dine at your own risk.
Famished, we left Boiling Crab and its 30 minute wait, and decided to give the Shack a try. I really wanted to like this place, but alas, it just doesn’t measure up, despite the better Yelp ratings.
I understand the restaurant only has about 10-15 tables, but just one waitress on a Wednesday night is still not enough. The service was ridiculously slow, and it took forever to get our food, defeating the sole purpose of coming here in the first place.
The shrimp was comparable, but the king crab legs were skinnier than Lindsay Lohan post coke binge, the clams had sand, the corn was soggy, and the sausages were hard as bricks.
To be honest, the sauce (mild, medium or spicy) isn’t half bad; strong garlic flavor*, and a distinctly heavier curry taste than Boiling Crab’s the whole shebang. But that’s the only thing saving the Shack from a 1 star rating.

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed! I’ve been back a few times since! There’s not much of a wait which is really nice! They offer raw scallops which is different and actually pretty good. But the ridgeback shrimps was what got my attention. They’re so good! Too bad sometimes they run out, but definitely something to try when you come to the shack!

Great! The ridgeback shrimp is awesome, and the raw oysters are delicious. The sauce is different from boiling crab and has a slightly sweet tang along with the spicy. It’s much better than the one at Boiling Crab.

I ordered the OG and garlic butter sauce side by side and couldn’t tell the difference. The oysters are pretty good.

Cut 2 ‘da Chase
Tried and went to a few different crawfish restaurants and I would have to say by far this was the best one, their crawfish has a unique flavor which was absolutely delicious, their sauce runs a little spicy so beware of that but otherwise a great restaurant.

Lots of seafood thats delicious. Prices more reasonable than similar places ie..boiling crab. Staff is very friendly! I love this family business! I would go there very often if I lived close by.

Better than Boiling Crab and less lines. It’s a smaller restaurant so there still might be a short wait if it’s busy. They have televisions here so it’s a good place to catch sports games.

Food is just ok. We tried this place twice because of long lines at their bigger competitor’s location but sadly we’ll not be going back. It’s better to wait at the other store and spend the extra bucks for a better meal.
