Welcome to The Sea Cloud — an authentic French bistro bar by the sea, where cocktails, wine and good moments come together in the heart of St. Paul’s Bay. Inspired by the French art of sharing, we believe the best experiences happen around the table — with good food, good drinks and unhurried conversations. Our menu blends authentic French bistro cuisine with Mediterranean flavours, served in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. From casual lunches to sunset cocktails and intimate dinners, every moment is meant to be enjoyed. Whether you stop by for a glass of French wine, a signature cocktail paired with bites from our Between the Two Glasses menu, or a full dining experience, The Sea Cloud is a place to slow down, enjoy and feel at home.

Ended up staying for a few wines each and a sharing dip platter, which we assumed would be a little snack before dinner, but was so large enough to fill us bother up for only €15!
The service was great and the 3 ladies who were working all chatted to us and made us feel very welcome.
Can’t recommend enough – especially if you prefer a smaller more quiet setting.
The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious!
We ate here on 3 occasions, trying different meals each time and loved every meal!
The atmosphere was really lovely also.
Would definitely recommend!!
The music was not too loud, we could enjoy our conversation and we could hear the birds chirping from nearby trees and buildings.
The food was delicious. We had mediterrannean bruschetta and beef tacos
