I am dreaming of the day I’m able to visit again! I had their Teddy Graham latte which was absolutely incredible. The espresso was smooth and not bitter at all. The others in my group got juice and a smoothie that I tried and- WOW! Fantastic. This is what we had been searching for our entire trip. Somewhere that had fresh fruit smoothies, juices and amazing coffee! The baristas were also very welcoming and helpful. The aesthetic was calm and beachy. I would highly recommend!

Very cozy cafe offering a variety of both vegetarian and vegan food and drink options. Ordered the Veggie Burger, Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte, and vegan Chocolate Chip cookie while my partner had the Yogurt Bowl with almond butter and maple syrup and a Morning Mango smoothie. All of items ordered were delicious and my burger was especially tasty. If you’re looking for a more laid back and peaceful cafe experience on the island, look no further.

Sanibel Sprout is a real gem! This place is incredibly cozy and the staff is very friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxed meal.
But the star of the show is, without a doubt, their amazing Acai Bowl.
The Acai Bowl: This is the most well-executed acai bowl I’ve ever had. The base itself was perfectly blended—smooth, thick, and wonderfully delicious. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because the toppings (Strawberry, Bannana, and granola,) were vibrant and flavorful. The quality really shines through in every bite.
If you are looking for a high-quality, delicious, and refreshing acai bowl, this is the place to go!

Best cafe on the island! Super cute spot with a great (and healthy!) menu. Love the vibes and ambiance here and the workers are lovely. The food was very good and the drinks were even better.
They also have a cute shop inside the cafe with some good finds. Definitely stop in!

The BEST and only REAL acai bowls on the island. It’s not the sugary acai base the chains use. My husband and I was driving 40 minutes away from Sanibel for acai bowls until this place showed up on my Google maps. After trying a few other places on Sanibel, I was a little nervous due to all the sugar causes my migraines to kick into overdrive but we went. It was a 4 minute drive and I ordered a acai bowl without coconut. We went back 3 days in a row for our bowls!! Their yogurt bowls are good too and they do have the best drip coffee. The young ladies and young men who work here are extremely nice and well mannered. This was by far the best place we ate or had coffee at while visiting Sanibel. I loved the atmosphere, it’s a relaxing, inviting type of place.

MEH. SO wanted to love this place, but was disappointed in almost every way. 🙁 Four of us mostly-vegans came for lunch because of the great reviews, and had the veggie burger, un-tuna, avocado toast and coconut bacon BLT. (Let me preface this by saying we have all been vegan or vegan-ish a very long time, so have been to many many vegan restaurants and cafes across the east coast). We all agreed the portions were tiny, food was very bland, and over-priced for what you get (no sides, thin sandwiches). The pickles were the best part! But the coconut bacon is good too. Also took a very long time to get the orders – one at a time – in spite of very few people there. Not sure what the other reviewers loved about this place, but it looks like the acai bowl is the winner. Maybe next time, because I might go back because it really is a very cute place. Other places on the island were very crowded but not at all this one – this tells you something? Oh also there was only one cookie in their display, but glad I didn’t order it anyway.

Delicious food, best coffee on the island (that we’ve tried!), and unbelievable vibe.
Vegan options— mostly vegan menu. All vegetarian.
The store is currently in a food truck as they recover from Ian — and they’re about to move back into their main location. I’m absolutely blown away by what this crew is doing in a food truck and can’t wait to come back to celebrate them back in their building next time we visit.
We’ve come here twice now on our short trip to Sanibel. I can’t say enough good things— truly.
The vegan BLT is beyond delicious— the vegetables were fresh and tasty and the Sprouts twist was yummy! Definitely try this.
The juice of the day (green apple, cucumber, beets and ginger) was fresh and delicious— and we got stopped so many times while drinking it (and proceeded to send people to sprouts to get it.) truly refreshing!
We also tried the berry toast, which is sweet and warm and delicious.
Overall, amazing! Come here!
