Love this place! Go anytime, but especially if you love the holidays and want to be emersed in the holiday spirit. HH specials are amazing and you MUST experience the Drag Bunch. You won’t be disappointed!

The Rouge Wine & Bourbon Bistro is a hidden gem in Centennial, offering a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and flavor. The ambiance is warm and upscale, with stylish Art Deco décor and a cozy vibe that’s great for date nights or catching up with friends. Their wine list is impressive, with a wide variety of boutique selections and the bourbon offerings are equally notable. The food is thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented; standouts include the steak tartare and goat cheese bites are delicious. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and the patio views of the Front Range are stunning. Whether you’re there for a casual glass or a full evening out, Rouge delivers a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve went to the rouge multiple times, this is my fifth time here . It is amazing to say the least. You NEED to try the coffee braised short ribs, they are the best thing Englewood has to offer!

My experience here was enjoyable and I highly recommend. This place had it all- the atmosphere, drinks, food, and service. Our evening started with a free valet, which seemed silly bc of the close proximity of the door to parking spaces, but it was a nice touch. The place was totally warm and inviting with a lovely touch to the past. You can sit at the bar, enjoy a lounge area, or have a table – each offering its own cozy, intimate look.

Food: We ordered a charcuterie board and it was a delicious appetizer for 3 of us. My friend got the scallops and Brussels sprouts, my husband got the filet, and I got the Blood Orange Salmon. All the food was amazing!

Drinks: I ordered the 50 Shades of Grapes red wine flight and it was tasty. My friend got the Winter Wonderland flight (white wine) and was good- she didn’t care for the last wine in the flight but I thought it was good. My husband got a Notorious F.I.G. and a Mountain Old Fashioned, and enjoyed both.

Service: Our server was very attentive and helpful. Her suggestions were spot-on and did not disappoint! She stopped by to check on us frequently, filling our water and made sure we were happy with everything.

I would definitely return here if we frequently traveled to this area. Very glad we stumbled across this gem!

This place was SUCH A VIBE! Had such an awesome holiday party for work here. This is a hidden gem and location is great with Pindustry right next door for the after party/games. I definitely recommend this place to dine at during the holidays (or buyout for an event), the restaurant is decorated TO THE MAX! They decked out the whole place, making it so festive. Even the holiday cocktail drinks were given so much thought to the presentation & they were also really tasty. The catered food was all very yummy, they had a wide variety to choose from and everything was delicious. The service from the staff was exceptional. They were all so helpful, friendly, & attentive with our big group. Shoutout to Jessica, she was so nice & kept checking on everyone throughout the whole night. Overall a great experience!

I do not have enough words to describe this place! It is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My favorite part was the wine flight! The names are so fun! I also really really like the glasses and the stand it came on! Excellent selection of wines, bourbons, and other drinks! The food menu was excellent. Love the vibe here. There was also live music too! Very chill place. My favorite wine bar in Castle Rock closed recently (Crush Wine Bar) and Rogue is now its replacement. Also, this is the only place besides my kitchen where i found Italian Wedding Soup!! The charcuterie board was excellent and love the shishito peppers too! I look forward to coming here every single time. Parking can get a bit tricky since it’s also near Pindustry and Candeeland.

5/28/25 – Been back here a few times. Went back recently for Mothers Day weekend and discovered they are sister restaurants with Pindustry! Brunch is very good time to go if you don’t want a wait. Lindsey had her last day here as a server and we loved her! She was very fun to talk to and shared her love of High West with my husband!

6/4/25 – Back here again! Tried the lettuce wraps, Tuscan chicken, scallops, and a couple of other delish items!!

We had a reservation, but when we arrived, we were seated at a high-top table in the bar. We were initially fine with this arrangement until the service became an issue, as our server was also acting as the bartender and was largely unresponsive.

We sampled four of the holiday cocktails, and unfortunately, three of the four were nearly undrinkable. The cranberry martini was overly sweet, the gingerbread slushie was simply strange, and the reposado vermouth cocktail was completely undrinkable—in fact, it may have been the worst beverage I’ve ever had.

The server also seemed irritated and increasingly frustrated with our questions regarding gluten in the alcohol, and this frustration began to show clearly in her demeanor. This was particularly concerning, as I have a severe gluten allergy. She explained that the drinks were pre-made and that it wasn’t possible for me to order a white Russian with peppermint, which led us to continue asking questions to ensure my safety.

The food itself was just okay—nothing memorable. The goat cheese beignets were not very appetizing, while the lettuce wraps were fine. I ordered the salmon salad, and the rest of the group seemed generally satisfied with their meals.

Overall, the most disappointing aspects of our experience were the poor service and the subpar holiday cocktails. As a group, we decided we would not be returning. While the atmosphere was cute and well-lit, being seated in the bar area despite having a reservation and being served by an overextended bartender was unacceptable. We believe the experience may have been significantly better with a dedicated server.

Love this place! Came here for a girls dinner. The staff was very attentive. There were so many great options. The wine flights were perfect and they offered many unique blends to try. We shared the charcuterie board and mussels. Both were delicious and very generous portions. Both the inside and the patio area had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

First time here!! We had a nice time. They were super busy, but once we were helped the service was great. Our server Lindsey, was very attentive and pleasant.
We got a charcuterie board and I must say, it’s by far the biggest, most versatile one I’ve had and I’ve had many. Both of us got one of the Red wine flights. Best Pinot Noir I’ve had and I don’t care for Pinots much. Of course I can’t remember the name lol. It’s the Flight that comes with the Earthquake wine They come in this adorable Flight Tree.
The Red snapper tacos were yummy, other than a little dry, (some sort of sauce in the taco would fix this). We put some of the Fig jam from our charcuterie board on, and it livened them right up! One of the staff asked at one point if we would like our fireplace turned on which was really nice. Most places we go that have fire pits they aren’t even running. It was refreshing to find a place who’s did. I gave 4 stars because I didn’t care for the music at all. It was not the right music for the chill, wine vibe. Something more mellow would be ideal. But this is a genuinely nice place to visit and we would go back.
