Each portion of our food has been delicately crafted to give you a mouthwatering experience. We are based in the beautiful city of Seattle. We saw, felt and tasted the lack of good Indian food on the go. We converted our tasty recipes into this wonderful, complete and assembled Indian delicacy that we would gift each time we meet you.We have two restaurants, one in Bellevue and one in White Center. We also have a lunch food truck in South Lake Union area of Seattle. We have another food truck available for caterting, events, picnics, weddings and all other occasions.

I don’t know how I missed this place seriously! A friend recommended it to me a long time ago, and I finally got the chance to try it out. It instantly took me back to my school days when I used to grab a chicken roll during break time!

I love that they offer so many choices to customize your own roll—just pick your stuffing from the screen menu. Ordering through their self-service machine is super easy. Their front staff is Mexican, but they are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Since I love spicy food, they offered me a spicy sauce on the side. Besides the green chutney, they also have other great sauces. They even serve lassi and pop sodas. The seating area is spacious and clean, and there’s plenty of free parking which makes it even more convenient to visit.

I’m glad I finally found this gem of Indian food—quick, tasty, and budget-friendly! Highly recommended!

Request- Dear owner if you can introduce chicken/ noodles/Aloo Frankie then it will be very great!

Hands down the best spot for authentic Kathi rolls in the Seattle area! This is my absolute go-to when I want a delicious meal without having to overthink the menu. They offer a huge variety of “pods” with multiple spice levels that actually stay true to authentic Indian street food flavors. It’s perfect for takeout—fast, consistent, and always hits the spot. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something on the go!

Really disappointed with the food here. I went with high expectations, but it didn’t live up to them at all. I ordered the Paneer Chili Roll, and my friends tried the chicken and mutton rolls – none of us liked what we got.

On top of that, the service was slow and we had to wait a long time for our food. I hope it raises the bar equally to roll pod food truck

The Roll Pod was amazing! The flavors were bold and authentic, with a great blend of spices and noticeably fresh ingredients. I ordered a level 2 spice and it had just the right amount of heat,
flavorful without overwhelming the dish.

The portion sizes were generous for the price, making it a great value. I tried the Chana masala and it was absolutely delicious, warm, well-wrapped, and packed with flavor. The menu had a nice variety of options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, which I appreciated.

The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and inviting, making it just as good for a casual dine-in experience as it is for takeout.

Highly recommend swinging by if you’re in the area, or placing an order online. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Yum!

The Food is delicious and freshly made. I never knew I would enjoy Indian food as much as do until I tried The Roll Pod. I have ate there several times. I had lunch there today at there new location on E. Madison.

Yes, it’s spicy! I ordered “Mild”, and it burned my mouth, surprisingly in a good way. Even I don’t like any spicy food, and not a big fan of this type of cuisine, I had a good experience eating the “trio”, the amount of food was enough to feed my husband and me. The best one was chicken with cheese, IMHO, highly recommend this one. The service wasn fast enough, no complains. The price is decent. A lot of parking near by.

Got a chilli paneer roll which was so small it was not even for a small kid. The taste was below average, quantity was not at all to American standard although price definitely was. It was 10.38 dollars for a very small roll which would be a 20-30 rupees in INR.Stuffing was very less and it was so unhealthy and oily, oil was literally dripping out of it. Have shared pics for reference.
Would not recommend this place at all.

Came here after going to a movie at the theatre near by. My wife and I did not exactly know what we wanted and we are not usually in this area of town. It was an amazing find! We got in a little on the later side on a Friday and it was not very busy. The menu is small, you get either a rice bowl or burrito, but with Indian food choices for the filling! The food we had was all super good! It’s Indian fast food. The price was pretty good too, and two of their ‘pods’ each filled us up. We would for sure go back, but there does seem to be a lot of Indian and Asian food, as well as other in the area, that we would be interested in checking out as well.

Lassi alone makes it worthy to stop by this restaurant. Sooo good! I tried two kinds of rolls here so far and both were excellent. Just make sure that you are not too sensitive to spices because they don’t hold back on making things quite spicy.

Restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was ready in a very reasonable amount of time as well. 5/5 well deserved.

Btw, they also use biodegradable bags, which is definitely a nice touch.
