Thieves. Placed an order that was never brought to me. I pulled into #10 at 9:29pm using the order-ahead on the app. Beat the 30-minute rule. I watched 2 other cars pull in 5 minutes after me get their orders walked out to them. More in the drive-thru. Two employees, a guy, a girl, kept ignoring me. But they still kept glancing at me through the window and giggling. 15 minutes before the place closes, the two giggling teenage employees skipped out to their truck and drove off, leaving (I believe) shift manager Ms. Kayla to close this location all by herself.

On 2 seperate occasions now, I have ordered a sonic blast with a mix in oreo/candy, and what I got was a cup of icecream with candy/oreo sprinkle on top. Nothing mixed in, just a light sprinkle and whole cup of plain icecream. It hasn’t been bad, just not what I ordered.

This place need to be shut down and get a WHOLE NEW STAFF. This was supposed to be a large chili cheese tot, pathetic. Messed my other order that supposed to be a large cherry limeade (slush). But it turned out to be a iced drink, out of my three visit they were all terrible. If you are in a rush please skip this fast food restaurant. Fair warning if you are traveling. Don’t even look at it.

My husband and I went to the sonic on Taft Boulevard in Wichita Falls, Texas approximately 15 minutes before they closed and they told us they had stopped cooking for the night because they were about to close. My understanding is is that you could order all the way until closing time not 15 minutes before closing time.

my drink with cherry in it tasted awful. possibly expired cherry flavoring or way too much. tasted like straight cough syrup. my burrito i asked for sausage. got bacon. even said sausage on the receipt. unbelievable

Honestly don’t want to rate it. I ordered cheese tots and received tots with no cheese, I sent it back so they can put cheese on them and was told the cook was mad because he had to put cheese on the tots. This was uncalled for.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but felt that I should because of what I suspect to be possible risk. On two separate occasions, weeks apart, we’ve stopped to get ice cream. Their vanilla ice cream tastes almost sour. It’s almost like cream cheese, not that sweet… it’s odd to describe but as soon as we have some we know we don’t want to have any more or finish it. I haven’t had ice cream from the other locations in town so I can’t speak for them. But this one on Taft… maybe they need to clean their machines, maybe there’s mold or something. I don’t know, but it’s nasty.
No need for the copy/paste response, either. I know I can escalate to corporate or whatever if I feel like it. I shouldn’t have to. Just clean your stuff.

If you want something entertaining you should have been there last night because boy was it something. I ordered a burger through the drive through and pulled around to see an employee screaming and almost frustrated crying because someone put burgers in the wrong place, and was being disobedient. She came in and out screaming at someone on the phone and was clearly upset about the burgers being in the wrong spot for about 10ish minutes. Finally, she went back into the store and another 5 minutes passed and finally the line started moving again. So in 15 minutes i was able to get a luke warm burger and a show this was awesome. I recommend instead of complaining about someone doing their job wrong you should actually do yours.
