The Robin’s Nest is easily my favorite sandwich shop in Utah. The sandwiches are fantastic, but the service is what really sets this place apart. By my third visit, the cashier—who I think might also be the owner—recognized me, handed me a punch card, and even credited my previous visits. Despite how busy they get, the team moves quickly and keeps things running smoothly.
My only real complaint is that their hours are limited, and they only have the one downtown location. Then again, that might be a blessing for my health.

As Texans we truly enjoyed The Robin’s Nest Restaurant! Food was delicious! And they accommodated us by placing a table outside so we could enjoy lunch with our Furbaby, Whiska the Doberman. Totally recommend this place!

By far the best sandwich shop in Utah! I ordered The Gobbler and C.O.B.A.L.T (seen with chicken in the pictures) and they were packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the fillings were flavorful and generous—just the right balance.

I love this lunch spot. The menu has given us a lot of options for picky eaters and I feel like I’m getting a lot of healthy variety. As good as the food is, the service is even better. I got an online order in late. Josh was willing to take care of me despite my mistake of not realizing just how busy they are. Great food and great leadership. I love it!

Let’s start off with – I’m not a sandwich person haha
This has to be the best sandwich I have EVER had! I order the BLT a la Rick and added avocado and swiss cheese (trust me, do it!) I got orzo as the side and a lemon bar for dessert and everything was absolutely phenomenal! The lunch special is a great deal and the “half” size is huge! The customer service was amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in SLC!

Great lunch sandwich spot. A few observations from my visit.
1. The half sandwich is more than enough for 1 person for one meal. Order the whole if you are splitting or want a couple meals out of it.
2. Don’t get chips. The orzo pasta salad is awesome. Not filled with mayo but lightly dressed with a few mix-ins like pine nuts.
3. Ciabatta can be a bit hard at some places. That is not true here. The bread was perfect, soft with a light crust.
4. Get the combo, it comes with a cookie.
There is a good reason they have been in this location for years. Great sandwich spot in SLC.

This literally has to be the best sandwich I’ve had in a really long time. It’s so good I’m reviewing this while I’m eating it. I got The Cobalt but made it a Jobalt, and I am so happy I did. I’ve ate at a lot of sandwich places in salt lake and surrounding areas and this by far has got to be the best. It is worth it. Order ahead, the place was packed at 12 and the line can be a long long wait, or so I’ve heard. All I can say is my diet is going to be done for with this yummy sandwich place right around the corner from my office.

Great place for a great sandwich, the madam was a must for my mom, and the Natural was a perfect veggie option. The treats were great, highly recommend. Gets busy during lunch as larger work groups come in. I would recommend ordering in advance if youre on a time crunch
