Absolutely charming little slice of a bygone era! Filled with genuine antiques and museum pieces, and staffed by smiling and friendly local “Granite Staters” who are willing to lean on the counter and just “chat” (the workers will gladly fill you in on the history of specific antiques on display and the rich history of the store itself), or serve up excellent local fare made from homegrown ingredients. Absolutely worth stopping in for a minute or hours….

Made a quick stop for an early lunch on our way to Wolfeboro. Delicious sandwiches and soup! Service was pleasant and there’s lots seating. My husband was able to use the Wi-Fi. The ambience is quaint and cozy. Definitely recommend!

I only stop by once in a while, passing through, to get a coffer. I tried their flavored coffee: Mudslide. It was great! It was worth the price, and to step into their homey atmosphere! Will be going back for a meal. Since the food smells soooo good!

Love everything about this place. The history of the Location .Great local meats and finally the Food best Blueberry Pancakes around good home fries as well miss the Monte Cristco though.

Lovely local cafe with good breakfast and lunch options. You can enjoy different types of pancakes, sandwiches and burgers. We ordered burgers and French fries. What makes this cafe special? The fries are fried in beef tallow! Highly recommend. The store also offers a variety of healthy groceries and a bunch of farm meats,eggs and butter. They accept silver and gold as payment!

It is back under family ownership!! Awesome !! The inside looks great ! Modern flare with a classic look! I love the ceiling! Local goods, including meats, eggs and cheese, available for sale.
I had the French toast with real NH maple syrup and Italian Decaf coffee ☕. Very good !
All of the memorabilia is up on the wall. There are antiques decorating the inside. The mailbox is still out front. Light classic rock plays over the speakers. WiFi available.
I recommend a visit and I look forward to returning!

Hidden Gem
Dropped by this afternoon, and it was fantastic! They offer a great selection of fresh, healthy produce. I tried the burger with their homemade raw cheese and tallow fries. It was delicious.
I also got to meet the owner and learn about the his dedication to traditional cooking without seed oils. A trend that I’m hoping becomes more popular.
This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m heading back to Boston from a hike in New Hampshire. Highly recommend!

Local meat, milk, cheeses, candles, lotion, etc. Strong focus on quality. Their Reuben is truly flawless. Screaming hot fries cooked perfectly and salted well. Family owned business that supports other local businesses. Highly recommended.

Robie’s is AMAZING! I have been driving by it everyday for years now. I finally stopped in to check it out. I am kicking myself for not having stopped in earlier. Open the door and you think you just time travelled back to the General Store from Little House on the Prairie. I was waiting for Mr. Olsen to step out from the back storage room.
I was instantly greeted and showed around a little. There were too many signs about the Robie Burger to not give it a shot. They were not exaggerating! The burger was amazing! Quite possibly the freshest burger I’ve ever eaten. Cooked to perfection!
After I ordered my burger to go, I just walked around and took in all of the displays, the antiques and the nostalgia. I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed that my food was ready so early I needed at least another half an hour more to walk around.
Robie’s is definitely worth the trip if it may seem out of the way. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent breakfast, excellent lunch. Love the rustic rolls they use as buns, the Toma cheese on the breakfast sandwich is inspired, and the pulled pork is in large chunks with just the right amount of sauce. Bought some super fun jams & pickled veggies too!
