Sad that you pay $20 for 2 sandwiches and large fry, and get something that looks like this. Both chicken sandwiches were half what they should have been, and looked like the oil had not been changed in fryer. Won’t be eating Hardee’s again, Jersey Mike’s you can get a FRESH MADE over foot long sub for less.

We went for breakfast on a Monday morning. It took nearly 20 minutes for our order to be taken inside. Strange because there was only three people in front of us. We ordered breakfast sandwiches which were ready in about 8 minutes. The biscuits were very greasy and the hash rounds were barely warm. In addition, the women’s bathroom was disgustingly filthy!

Got the #1 Combo. Fries were somewhat hot. Burger was mediocre. Pattie was “warm” and dry, definitely not fresh. Place wasn’t that busy for prelunch, don’t know why my burger wasn’t fresher ☹️

I went to get breakfast with my brother and Mamaw then a few hours later me and my brother started puking non stop my Mamaw was fine but the only thing me and my brother had in common with their hash browns. I would not recommend eating their food.

The first red flag was the empty parking lot. Nobody in the place but needed a quick bite. Had the mushroom Swiss burger and it tasted gross and full of chemicals. Bun was grainy as well. First and probably last time at Hardy’s. One upside was the place was pretty clean inside and fast due to me being the only one in line.

I ordered 2 mushroom burgers an order of curly fries and an order of regular fries. The order was almost 21. We went to a local park to eat and much to our surprise we had 2 orders of regular fries, a ham and cheese sandwich which had so much mayo it was awful, and a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it. It would be understandable if there was a long line, but we were the only people there, no one else in the drive thru. I will never go there again.

Hardee’s, in my opinion, has the biscuit battle beat. Their golden, flaky, buttery biscuits are absolutely fantastic. The service is usually good as well, and the food is consistent.

My burger was dry, had to wait for my order to be taken. Employee was vaping in the kitchen, manager walked to the back of store and never offered to help his crew. I paid for extra mushrooms and never had any put on my sandwich.

It took over 5 minutes just to get my change return to me. When the manager come up to put the cash in the drawer he shut the drawer and locked the cashier out from getting my change. She had to track him down again for him to open it. From the time I placed the order to the time I received my order was 33 minutes. Several people that ordered after people in front of me to include myself received their orders within about 10 minutes. When I got my order My drink was flat, the sandwiches were overdone, cold, and the buns were stale. To include my fries were cold. Everything was brought to the attention of the staff. Sandwiches were replaced but were still cold. Wouldn’t even melt the cheese. This was at the store in London, Kentucky. Store number 1503504. Order number 160002. The only one that seemed to care was the young lady that took my order to begin with. The receipt shows her name as Tabitha for her. I would give five stars for the rest of the establishment. It is what it is.

The bathroom was DISGUSTING. My husband got one cheeseburger which was not even warm, the “cheese” was not melted and after the second bite the bun completely apart. Hardee’s should be ashamed.
