I want to give 10 stars in all categories. I absolutely love the Roastery and the late night vibes it has brought to a dead downtown Tigard scene. I have 2 faves from the food menu – tuna melt is incredible and I’ve never had an avocado and cucumber salad that tasted like the best ceviche in the world until I had theirs. Order the cold-fashioned if you’re in the mood for some spirits. The orange peel keeps giving for the whole experience because the folks at the bar know what they’re doing. It’s truly a gorgeous sipper.

Finally! A great place open late in Tigard. The menu is small but everything thing I’ve tried has been top notch. You won’t believe how good the tuna melt is. My wife and I love the Cold Fashioned cocktail made with cold brew coffee. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Parking can be tricky but if the street parking is full there is a lot just steps to the north that you can use. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 7 who met for drinks and some shared plates of food. The space is beautifully decorated, the servers were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the drinks were fantastic. I got the “classic” espresso martini and the “Cold-Fashioned” and both were exceptional. The espresso martini was cold, frothy, and flavorful, and the Cold Fashioned was a well-done Old Fashioned with a tasteful coffee element. Highly recommend!

The Roastery is an addition to downtown Tigard that was much needed!! The drinks are truly amazing and they have delicious snacks! They are clearly made by people who know what they’re doing. The vibe is exactly what you want for a late-night spot: relaxed, welcoming, and fun!!
The service really sets this place apart. The staff is friendly, personable, and attentive in the best way. I would describe them as timely and present without ever making you feel rushed or interrupted, but also never leaving you waiting. It’s a perfect balance that’s hard to find.
Gabriel deserves a special shoutout, he’s awesome!!! Super personable, full of great recommendations, and genuinely makes the experience better just by chatting with him.
We’ve loved every visit and will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re anywhere near Tigard!

What a great addition to downtown Tigard! We stopped by for a drink after having dinner at Cooper Mountain. I’d never had an espresso martini before, so Nathan our bartender walked us through all of the menu options. The drinks were great, and I’m excited to come back and try the food!

Excellent new spot for unique cocktails and bites. The Cold-Fashioned is a must-try coffee-inspired take on the classic. The poke bowl is sure to impress as well.
