I took my wife to The Ridge for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The cozy ambiance set the perfect mood. The smoked tongue was delicious, the beef cheek was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, and the tempura mushrooms were exceptional—truly a “hmmm” moment. The drinks were fantastic as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The maître d’ and waitstaff were very friendly, and the owner was great. We’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes!
