One of my absolute favorite restaurants! The meals are consistently delicious! The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I also love their large gluten free selection – the gluten free chicken franchise and gluten free alla vodka pasta are my favorites. Duffy our waiter was amazing, made our meal extra special. Every time we are in the area we frequent this restaurant, can’t wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Italian Cuisine. The portions were more than ample. We took more than half of our delicious dinners home. The food and wines were very good and the dining room was comfortable and not too crowded. The restaurant offers a bar area to enjoy a glass of wine, a cocktail, beer or my favorite Limoncello while waiting for your table. We highly recommend the excellent Italian options.

The Ridge Restaurant is a great place to go for a delicious dinner. The portions are generous, and meals come with bread with roasted garlic and the house salad. Beautiful spot! Sat at the bar for dinner after a fantastic day on the big lake. The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely top notch! Be ready for a to go box when you order because these portions are not fooling around! Local victorian era charm, close to tons of things to do, and an excellent dining experience. It can’t get much better than that!

We came here for dinner on a Saturday evening in early June while in town for the night.
We sat at the bar and we were greeted quickly by the bartender. She was friendly and attentive. She gave us water and menus. We ordered two side salads and a pasta dish to share. The kitchen split that entree up for us which was nice. She also gave us a basket of bread and a small bowl of roasted garlic. I wish I hadn’t eaten so much of the bread but the garlic on it was very good. The pasta was also very good. Even though we shared it there was still plenty of leftovers but our hotel room didn’t have a fridge so we didn’t take any home. The portion sizes are generous – I saw the pasta out bar neighbors ordered and they all were huge!
The atmosphere was casual and easy going. The building is historic and it’s obvious so plan on having some old timey speakeasy vibes with your meal. I googled some of the history while we were there and it’s pretty interesting. Prices were reasonable especially considering the amount of food you get.
I am glad we decided to eat here. It was very good.

We stopped by for dinner on a Saturday night. Very busy but could grab 2 seats at the bar. The Bartender, Jill was so awesome. She greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. I loved how attentive Jill was and how she anticipated my every need. My drink ( buffalo trace) was never empty. Some thoughts about the food. My wife had the chicken parm and she thought it was “delicious” I had the Morgans Jam, ( breaded veal etc) and I was delighted with it. But most of all, Jill made it all come together with her service level and personable smile. We will be back as soon as we can.

Check in was great. The hostess was very professional. We arrived early and they were able to seat us early. Our server Brianne was exceptional. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She gave us ideas and options based on our requests. And I like the fact that she had my OPEN TABLE profile available. I had forgotten I even filled that out. My eating habits have changed since then. So I did change my profile while I was at this restaurant. This was the first restaurant that had my information available. I started out with the calamari as an appetizer. It was delicious, fresh and hot. The sauce and peppers gave it a pop. The Caesar salad was huge. Awesome portions. I had the eggplant parmesan. The flavors on this meal were excellent. But the linguine noodles were salty, unfortunately. My husband had the penne sausage broccoli rabe. It was also great. The noodles weren’t salty at all. Which was fantastic. Then we topped it off with dessert. I had the chocolate peanut butter cake. Oh my goodness, it was fabulous. My husband had the lemon cake. Also delicious. And the prices were reasonable for the amount of food you receive. When we come back to this area, we will definitely put this on the list to return. Thanks for a exceptional birthday dinner!

The food was fantastic, the ambiance was great. The fireplaces added a warm cozy feel. Our waiter, Duffy, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Portions were huge. Glad we ventured out on a cold night to take the 40min drive…totally worth it. Cant wait to go back.
