The cashier, Diamond was hella rude like I was doing her a favor, I was, spending my money. My husband likes the basil fried rice. I ordered sesame tofu, it didn’t have any veggies just tofu and sauce. They didn’t put my steamed rice in the bag either. Not very tasty either.

I go there every Friday for the chicken wing, fried rice, and crab ragoon lunch combo. Every week I’m greeted by Ranata in a happy professional manner. She’s always pleasant and I look forward to seeing her when I go. I left my debit card there 1 time and she promptly notified me to come back to pick it up. We need more honest people like her in the world. I truly appreciate her EXCELLENT customer service. Keep up the good work Ms. Ranata!! God bless you

My sister had them cater her birthday party. I asked where did she get the food. When she told me, I had to go. I had the best Chinese food ever. The variety of cuisine is almost overwhelming. Everyone I spoke to in the restaurant told me their favorite foods. I was just being nosy and asking people,”what do you like here? ‘I received so many different responses that I feel like I need to try everything. You may take a couple of years, but I’m down for the challenge. This I know from experience: Rice delicious, Crab Rangoon SMH indescribably good, Beef Broccoli yummy, Veggie Rolls really tasty, and who knew they had fried chicken better than the” name brand, ” chicken places. So many healthy choices including gluten free, msg free, etc A must try!!!

Rice House used to be amazing! “Used to” I drive an hour to eat here because it used to be my favorite place for Stl style fried rice, but they are very mid tier now and inconsistent with the quality of the food they provide. I hope they find their way back to greatness… but the customer service is always pretty good here.

They give great customer service, and laughs , them ladies need a raise, the way they give great hospitality , and greet us with love, when we walk thru that door ;make you feel like you at home , and the food baby be fresh , and good to me “always” when i come in they great with smiles and love. The food and service were good, but I was completely shocked by what was considered a whole order of shrimp fried rice. It was nowhere near a full order.. every other place I’ve been to serves way more rice than what I received. When I asked about it, the staff didn’t have much to say. Let me show y’all what a REAL whole order of shrimp rice looks like with more than 6 shrimp… something that’s actually worth my money. I won’t be coming back. What y’all gave me was a half order at best but I’m paying whole order prices. Please get it together.

I ordered hot braised shrimp. It cost $18 right. It’s normally tempura shrimp with hot braised sauce. What is this? Some regular shrimp with a thick batter around it. I asked for a refund they said no refunds but charged me for something they no longer offer. This is sad. The shrimp fried rice had 3 shrimp in it. Don’t eat here.
