So I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and never been served wings this small – from any restaurant. Idk what they did, but if you were a fan of their wings, it’s not even close anymore. Pretty disappointed since the price remained the same tho I think they gave me more? The fried we got were also hardly cooked and we had to throw them in the broiler to finish cooking. Not the quality I’m used to from here. I hope it’s only a temporary thing because texas ribs used to have the best wings in town.

Got wings from here literally hours ago and everything was pretty normal. Reheated them to eat the rest and there are severely undercooked pieces. Attached photos of super pink and red meat with blood. Disgusting.

I have been going to Texas Ribs and BBQ for a number of years now and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is consistent and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I’ve always been impressed by the staff until last night. Our server was someone I’ve never seen before and despite being very friendly, she was too distracted to even notice us when we arrived (my husband had to flag her down). Also, she got part of our order wrong because she didn’t write down anything BUT worst of all, she was not wearing her mask correctly – she didn’t have it covering her nose!! Germs can be easily expelled from your nose, as well as your mouth.. That’s not being safe or even respectful. Her behavior ruined my entire experience.

See the earlier review, one of my favorite places. Nice to see that this fine place has opened with new owner/name. The menu is mostly the same, there are a few familiar faces and some new faces. I had their Maverick BBQ sandwich tonight, a new menu entry and very good; I didn’t realize how much I missed the potato salad, which is exactly the same as before. Looking forward to re-finding some old friends and some seriously good food.

I ordered pulled pork in a wrap and french fries.
The flavor wasn’t bad however any special sauce was nearly nonexistent. The french fries weren’t fresh and lukewarm at best. Since you have recently opened I wanted to try your establishment. Unfortunately I wasn’t exactly impressed perhaps I’ll come back later and see if you fix your problem. You’re in a good location since there really isn’t anything very close by without going deeper into Waldorf so you should do a good business.

Service and bar drinks were good, unfortunately the food was terrible. The brisket was flavourful however it was dry and tough. I had a pulled pork wrap, the pork was unseasoned and very dry. The chicken nachos were flavourless and the chicken was dry as jerky. The chicken wings had good crunch, however were poorly seasoned. There was no sauce on anything and no options to get sauce. The fries were flavourless, saltless, rubbery and appeared to be reheated. The food experience reminded me of hospital food, bland, flavourless, and DRY!!! I will not be back.

I had a carry out order and was not overjoyed. The service was fast I’ll give them that. The crab soup was so so, not much crab. My sandwich was on buttered toast that fell apart when picked up. The meat was flavorful but they offered no BBQ sauce only auju and the potato salad didn’t make the ride home for some reason. My wife’s pulled chicken sandwich was good with the BBQ sauce and her side of coleslaw was acceptable. At almost $40. I expected better. Won’t be back.

Me and my family were trying to go out and enjoy a good night last weekand. This place haves great service, but the food is a different story. I ordered a brisket sandwich with fries, and what I got was two pieces of fat in between to pieces of bread and the fries were burnt and flavorless. My father on the other hand ordered the seafood plater, the broccoli wasn’t cooked, the crab cake was crunchy but cold on the inside, the fish was excellent, and the potato salad was spoiled. We used to go to this place all the time when it was Texas ribs and BBQ, sadly, I do not recommend this restaurant. I have friends that are in he BBQ industry and I traveled a lot of place and have never been served two slice of fat. I understand brisket haves fat, but if isn’t fit for server to eat, it probaly isn’t fit for a customer to eat.
