I was looking for a breakfast spot with some decent seating and food, so I just stumbled upon here with a friend. Everything was so solid! If I imagine what a great all-American cafe diner is, this place fulfills all those expectations. So much Americana decor everywhere haha. And the waitress who served us was really sweet. Lots and lots of parking available.

I have gone to The Reyn several times. It use to be one of my breakfast locations but this morning was so disappointing and I’ll never go back. Myself and a business colleague decided to dine at The Reyn for breakfast. The staff was nasty upon arrival. I wanted to order a cup of coffee while I wait for my other party and was declined. We were seated, placed our order, our food was brought out quick, which is standard. We had been there a good 45 minutes, I’m still eating and my colleague had ordered a beverage. Less than 5 minutes later a server comes over and tells us we need to wrap it up and leave. I have never been to a restaurant and been asked to wrap it up and leave because there are other people outside. I asked to speak to the manager and he comes over, I explain our experience in a calm manner he NEVER apologizes makes excuses talking about when they are busy they give patrons an hour to dine. I could not believe my eyes, I dismissed him as he was very flippant and could care less about our concerns as I have been a paying customer of this establishment for years and have been there when they have super busy and I’ve never seen them ask anyone who is still actively eating to wrap it up. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE NOT BUSY. When we left, there was an empty table outside and a table inside where they could have been seated. I said all this to say I’ll never go back and spend a dime! And I’ll be sure to let everyone know how raggedy and egregious we were treated and recommend another establishment.

The French toast was fluffy! The “fries” are fried potatoes with onion. Overall fair price for a great breakfast!

Went here a few months back when many places were still closed so I was excited to sit outside and enjoy the food. Ordered the Chili Cheese Omelet with home fries plus onions, French Toast and a coffee. Food was tasty and the place was pretty full which was great. Omelet was yummy, well cooked and had nice flavors, home fries were cooked nice too. I love potatoes. Coffee was ok, not too watered down. French toast was yummy, not too soggy. Staff was pleasant, guy came to check often if I needed anything.

This place would be a regular go to if the staff was good. They are always rude and the owner doesn’t care apparently about any complaints according to the reviews . Such a shame cause they do have some good stuff on their menu but it’s mid to be so ridiculously rude and impatient.

The Reyn is our go-to spot for a wonderful breakfast! The service is first rate and the food is really good. Our favorite thing to get are the waffles – fluffy and light, topped with strawberries and whipped cream or plain. Also, try the banana bread! It’s so moist and flavorful! Maria is the best waitress ever!

The best breakfast spot Ive found in LA in the decade Ive lived here. The food was amazing, quick, and reasonably priced. The place is conpletely unpretentious despite serving damn good food and there was plenty of parking available. Absolutely my go to breakfast spot.

My goodness, best waffles in town. Pair it up with their rancheros (sub potatoes for hasbrown) and you got yourself an amazing breakfast. Be sure to check in early because the line fills up fast. If you don’t, it is still worth the wait. Speedy service and great people working there. Definitely recommend.

The food was good, except the eggs. The service was fine. The cleanliness was what made this experience not the best. The creamers had orange juice and coffee on the containers. Also, the condiment bottles were sticky.
