I filled out the online survey, usually five guys as a known quantity. Tonight it took an inordinate amount of time to get our food and I doubt there was any ice cream present in my chocolate shake. It was absolutely chocolate milk.

We had a great time at Five Guys. Before I say my order, they give you heaping helpings of fries, whether small, regular, (Medium, I suppose) or large. They put some on a white cup, then, after that, they put some in the bag. Like, what are you on, Five Guys? Anyhow, I had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with regular fries. Sharon got a little cheeseburger and small fries. Sharon did not get a shake, but I did. They only came in one size, (Which was probably a small) so I got a vanilla shake with chocolate, oreo pieces, and oreo cremé. Thank you, Farmington, for the best (And filling) lunch ever!

I ordered a grill cheese the cheese wasn’t even melted. Bun was hard. Waited 10min for a grilled cheese. The young man who took my order was friendly. They greeted me as I walked in.

My friend & I stopped there a few mins before opening, but the Mgr saw us pull in & opened the door without hesitation. Staff was friendly, food was freshly made & hot. Location, including bathroom, was very clean, too. Definitely will return next time we’re in the area!

Don’t let the old historic outside look fool you! It is wonderful inside! Today it was Busy during lunch time best staffed five guys i’ve seen several people in front of me waiting on burgers and such but my simple 2 large order of fries was done and ready in under ten minutes the smell reminds me of my grandmas old restored victorian mansion, smells clean and well kept, They were due for a little sweep but with the rush that is to be expected.
This location gets 10 stars around in my book.

Always love the food from Five Guys. Would absolutely love to go more often but I would be obese and importantly, broke.
The food and service was excellent. Hot, tasted fresh and of course “bottomless” fries are always an expectation.
However, it was a Wednesday night, they were very busy but only 3 workers, whom you could tell were feeling tired and over worked.
1 guy on the grill, 1 guy managing fries and handing out orders, and 1 guy taking orders, prepping buns, giving orders to grill, and making milkshakes. That’s just too much work for a crew of 3. Also while maintaining a clean atmosphere. Hopefully they can hire more staff or schedule better but again overall great experience.
