This restaurant is an absolute must when visiting Jackson Hole. It gives cozy speakeasy vibes. It has a medium to small seating area so make sure to get a reservation, some would see that as a negative but I actually think it’s great for the atmosphere it has. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server Halil was killing it. He made great drinks and had solid recommendations for food. For the love of God try the braised bison short ribs because it will melt in your mouth (you don’t even need a knife). For dessert we had the flakiest pecan pie (which has officially set the bar for pies). We would’ve loved to try the bone marrow app but they ran out And for drinks we had an espresso martini (looks lighter in the picture than in person) and red wine (2014 Rioja), both exceptional thanks to Halil.

We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to expectations.

The positives: the steak was good.

The negatives: when we arrived at 5:05 PM for our 5:15 reservation, the staff seemed irritated, and I overheard someone say, “just tell them they have to wait.” Not a great first impression. Our server, Ramon, never really welcomed us in a way you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant, and throughout the meal we didn’t feel truly taken care of. The service was “fine,” but several times we looked at each other and thought, maybe he’s just having a rough day.

The dessert was so overly salty that we didn’t finish it. But the real disappointment came after the meal. My friend accidentally dropped her credit cards and driver’s license into the crack of the booth. Not the restaurant’s fault at all, but retrieving them was important since she needed her ID to fly home. We tried for about 15 minutes to get them out, asking for a few extra utensils to help, but eventually the manager came over—not to apologize or offer real help—but to tell us we’d need to leave and they’d “look after hours.”

After spending roughly $600 on dinner, we expected at least some empathy. Instead, when I called afterward to share my frustration, the manager dismissed me, saying they had another reservation and needed the table. All I wanted was a sincere apology. Instead, I got a forced “sorry” and was hung up on with a curt “have a great night.”

For a restaurant positioning itself as upscale, the lack of hospitality and professionalism left a lasting bad impression. We won’t be returning.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and everything from the food to the cocktails is top-notch. Bartender guy Halil was very welcoming. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great drinks, excellent food, and outstanding service.

The service was amazing, the host was super friendly and outgoing. Our server was great, Jarvis! (Went on 5/25). The food was spectacular! No complaints. We had gotten engaged and they gave us some champagne to cheers to. The Nutella Crème brûlée was so good. Just wish they had gluten free bread.

After a full day of sightseeing, we were pretty wiped, but it was easy to move our reservation up by an hour and a half. Our server, Lilian, was fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable. She recommended the salt block cooking method and the house steak sauce , both of which were outstanding. I was a bit skeptical about the heat of the salt block, but it arrived sizzling and perfectly pre-cut. We ordered the ribeye, and with the house sauce, it was hands down one of the best steaks we’ve had. Overall, a wonderful experience.

My husband and I made a reservation for 7pm and when we showed up, the restaurant was about half-empty. Our waiter seated us right in the middle of the remaining cluster. About 10 minutes later, he came back and gave us some water and this stale seasoned popcorn (very dry and seasoning seemed burnt). He took our drink orders. At least another 20 minutes went by and we didn’t even have our drinks. So, now we’re at least 30 minutes into being seated with no drinks and we haven’t even placed an appetizer order yet. We decided to leave in a quiet, respectful way. We notified the manager that we’d be leaving on our way out so they could cancel our drinks. She never once seemed like she cared about the issue that was occurring.

Our waiter seemed really nice, but I don’t know what was going on. It was after the dinner rush, and there were less than 15 people in the restaurant/bar. There’s no reason why someone should be waiting 30+ minutes just to get drinks or place an appetizer order. We’re obviously not looking for fast food turnaround times, but at this price point… I expected significantly better service.

This place just seems like a gimmicky glue trap.

We had such a nice meal here at our hotel. Starting, our drinks, bread and butter were awesome. I loved loved the seasoned butter they bring to the table with the bread. I had the pork tomahawk and it was amazing. Best pork I’ve ever had. Waaaay too much but so delicious! Brussels and potato’s were also great.
My husband loved his steak. Our server was very attentive and helpful when choosing our meal. Highly recommend!

Wowwww this place was so good.
One of the best steaks I’ve had. The butter trio is a must— the miso and black garlic is the most unique and delicious combo.
The hassle back potato is incredible.
The best part was, I didn’t feel awful after eating a lot of red meat (which is common), but just shows that it is high quality food here.
Oh yeah the beet salad— amazing.
Also worth trying the cookie skillet.

Intimate setting, not a huge restaurant. Got the grilled beef T Bone on a salt slab & it was literally the best steak I have ever had in my life. I am from Texas & eat a lot of steak. Nothing compares to this steak. It melted like butter. We will 100% be going back every single time we visit this town.
Also got the lobster Mac & cheese and the broccolini with hollandaise. The service was incredible. WOW!!!

Just not good. The buffalo skewers look like Mr. Hanky from South Park. They are out of NY Strip. How a steakhouse runs out of their main steak is a mystery to me. They are out of asparagus. The roasted vegetables are a mixed bag of what seemed like freezer leftovers. We had to pour our own waters. We showed up with a reservation and they didn’t have a table ready. We didn’t get menus for 15 minutes. They can’t make any real modifications to menu items (like adding chicken to pasta). Medium rare steaks came out rare, almost blue.
