First of all, Shelby was our amazing server! Secondly, we were there for breakfast and ordered the Florentine omelettes which was delicious and had enough (!) feta and spinach (like it should), compared to other places we dined in. Bravo! Thirdly, their mimosas are a must. Cheers!

Updated review: It’s an okay option for the complex, the best part is truly the convenience of walking distance. The food is very inconsistent, it’s okay. I wouldn’t get high hopes for an amazing meal. Fairly decent service nothing amazing though. Previous review: A nice restaurant in a good location. I’ve lived here a year and been several times over here it’s great if you’re visiting the complex and don’t want to go to far for a meal. I’ve eaten breakfast and lunch here both are very good. The service is good overall a nice restaurant to try out!

I recently attended an event at this restaurant and had an utterly disappointing experience due to the behavior of the management. Upon arrival, my friend, who was training her service dog, was immediately approached by a woman who appeared to be the manager or supervisor (though she did not introduce herself). She rudely demanded that the service dog be removed, citing concerns about dog hair contaminating food – which was particularly baffling since, as it turned out, no food was being served at the event.
This manager’s demeanor was far from welcoming; she hovered behind us, giving us disapproving looks until we complied with her request to take the dog outside. The entire incident felt like a cover for her personal discomfort or prejudice rather than a legitimate concern for food safety, especially given there was no food involved.
The lack of professionalism and the deceit regarding the reason for asking us to remove the service dog left a sour taste. It’s essential for establishments to be informed about service animal rights and to handle such situations with more grace and understanding.
Overall, this experience was marred by terrible management, making it hard to recommend this restaurant for any event, particularly if you have or are training a service animal. The staff’s behavior overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable evening, highlighting a need for better training in customer service and inclusivity.

What a great find! A friend recommended this place for breakfast. We decided to give it a try and really enjoyed it. Danielle was awesome and made an outstanding bloody mary. The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great views of the golf course. Just be aware that you need to enter Lost Key from Perdido Key drive, across from the Lost Key Beach Club.

Food was over priced and not good. I have never experienced such rude service in my life. Waitress was mean and seem annoyed that we were there from the start. I ordered a kids burger to go for my niece and the waitress tried to tell me I couldn’t order it because I wasn’t 12 and under even though I explicitly stated that it was to go. I asked for separate checks at the begging to make it easy for her when we ordered, she still managed to mess up the checks and gave me attitude when I mentioned it. My friend ordered kids tenders to go and they were 18 dollars and rang in as an adult order even though chicken tenders are no where on menu. When he asked why they were 18, she got angry and told us “we have to know what we’re ordering before we order it.” Honestly, as someone who is also a server, I have never experienced such a rude server. She was huffing and puffing and acting like a child. There was also only 2 other tables there so I’m not sure why she was so rude. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just a good, causal club atmosphere; nothing fancy but a great lunch option

The food was okay, the manager mandi is absolutely horrible to customers unless you are a favored member. Will not return.

The people who work in the restaurant at lost key are always super friendly, and the service is fast. Not to mention the food is always good and with a very menu.

the food was pretty good, but the fruit cups had the grapes looking a bit nasty and the server was forgetful.
