I probably would have never ordered here to begin with, but I was given a gift card to this place so I decided to try it for a “Holiday Meal” – consisting of Honey Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey Breast and 4 premade sides. Simply put. I don’t understand the hype to this place? The food is basically just glorified and overpriced microwave dinner quality. Everything is super salty and overwhelmingly bland in flavor. The side dishes are an absolute joke. The quality is not good. I guess if you’re a person who eats premade meals all the time, this is a place for you. The place is mehhh at best.

Made my reservation to pick up my smoked turkey breast two weeks in advance. I was worried because when I tried to prepay, I kept getting routed to door dash. Picked this up the day before Thanksgiving, and it smelled SO good. Pink and thinly sliced more than enough for 2 people with leftovers. PERFECT for what we needed!

I should have asked their names!! I’ve been traveling after a family loss I just wanted a quick bit to eat. I called first to order but the super nice lady told me to come in and they would make me a fresh made to order sandwich. On a day that I really needed a friendly smile the two lovely ladies were amazing!!! Well done HBH… you have a great team!

Sad state of affairs at this store! We pre-ordered for a small get-together for one of my Mother’s final dinners (she’s in hospice and dying) to make it easy on all of us. My sister ordered online and I picked it up. It wasn’t ready – it wasn’t packed right (was missing items even though she said she checked it and it was right). The “feedback” email is a joke – no wonder they don’t know the service is falling apart! The email has no link to the feedback system, the link to the website results in an error, and the email is a “no reply” email address. I had to work HARD to provide online feedback to this company and their old fashioned “SRG” system is so 1980’s it’s a joke. Clearly no one has used or tried this system themselves or they simply don’t care enough. SO disappointing. I am embarrassed I suggested Honey Baked Ham for this event.
