Mary at The Reserve is truly exceptional. On a busy Friday night when the restaurant was completely packed and we didn’t have reservations, she went above and beyond to help us. Despite the chaos, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Somehow she managed to get us a table, which absolutely made our night.
Her kindness and genuine willingness to help stood out right away. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Thanks to Mary, what could have been a disappointing evening turned into a fantastic experience!

Went into The Reserve on a busy Friday celebrating an acheivment with family, we did not realize it was Snowfort and did not make reservations. The entire staff, namely the manager Mary, went above and beyond to make us comfortable and fit us into a very busy night! We had a great meal, great drinks & great service. The care they have for their guests and the experience they are giving people is easy to see! Will definitely be back.

Lovely steakhouse at the base in the village. We were served by the bartender and she was great. Very friendly and knew wines fantastically as well as the particulars of the menu. We both had the fillet and sadly it was missing a sear or a crust, would not order again. Missing flavor. The sautéed seasonal vegetables were great. Amazing dessert, selection, all made in house by the chef.

Pat was our waitress and was fantastic. She talked us through all the dishes and had fantastic conversations about the area in general. We got a pre-dinner drink and a nightcap at the bar with Allison who was fantastic. We loved talking to her and the drinks were fantastic. Overall the food here is amazing and the drinks are equally as wonderful!

Hands down the best food I’ve had in Idaho! The service was absolutely amazing—our waiter Alfred was the nicest and best we’ve ever had. Chef Charlie was incredibly friendly too; he took time to check on us and even shared part of his mac and cheese recipe (which, by the way, was the best I’ve ever had—perfect!). Everything tasted incredible, and it’s a great spot for family dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

The Reserve has transformed into an incredible experience. Allison makes the best drinks, remembers you and gives a great experience. VickiB has the best personality and service in the industry, she can do it all. The food is on a different level. We had a party of 11 and everything came out perfect. The venison, which is very easy to overcook, came out flawless. Everything was timed up and served at the same time. The new executive chef and his team have created one of the top spots in the state! Glad to have him and Allison at Tam.

We Have been pass holders at Tamarack for many years and have been eating at the resort as well. The reserve has finally found its groove, and we had the most delicious dinner there! Juan did an exceptional job serving and the food was perfectly cooked! The evening was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back!
