I ordered a papa bowl, which was extremely greasy, also ordered utensils, and none were delivered because they don’t have utensils. Ordered diet Pepsi and Pepsi zero sugar was sent. Ordered a papadia and it had very little meat on it. Called the store and was told that Pepsi zero sugar and diet Pepsi are the same thing. I asked why they didn’t call since they couldn’t properly fill the order, and was laughed at. Ate the papa bowl with my fingers since no utensils were sent. Will never order from this place again, and I recommend others stay away too, unless you like bad service and minimal food for the price.

Don’t order from this location. They mark orders as delivered to make their delivery times good, but they don’t actually deliver the food until 30-60 minutes later. It will take you 1.5-2 hours to get food.

Ordered 6 items and only 3 made it to us. Driver said he would go back to store and be back. Called the store 50 minutes later and they tell me that they processed a refund. I told them I wanted my items, not a refund and that it was frustrating. Her exact snarky response was “yes well it was also frustrating for us that the driver didn’t tell us that”. And then proceeded to tell us to just replace the order. Refunds take 5-10 business days to hit accounts. Honestly ridiculous all around and the customer service afterwards just made it 10x worse.

Placed an online order to be delivered, and saw that my order had been marked as delivered, called and I was told it was always marked as delivered 5 minutes before it was actually delivered. 20 minutes later I was told again it was 5 minutes out. After another 10 minutes was told it was now 10 minutes out. We asked for a refund and guess what showed up on our door 20 minutes later? We told the delivery driver we cancelled the order and he admitted they mark orders as delivered early. It had been “on its way” for over a hour. Will never be ordering from this location again.

Very bad service and customer service. If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered a little over 2 weeks ago, not only was my order nearly 45 minutes late but when it came the boxes where nasty and had oil everywhere that soaked through to the food. It was too late for the driver to take it back to the store and replace my items because it was almost 9 pm when he arrived at my house. He said he’d call his manager to see what they could do. I was then told they took my name and number down so that I would be able to call at a later date to get my pizza replaced then.
Fast forward to today and all of a sudden my information isn’t in their system. Even after I provided the date, items, and dollar amount spent. Manger (Josh) was passive aggressively rude and assumed I was trying to get over and kept saying things like “well are you going to order or what” and “i can’t just deliver free food” and told me the only thing they could do is give me a medium 1 topping pizza that I’d have to go out of my way to pick up.
Don’t order from here! There are other way better pizza places in the area.

The Chicken Papadia came with bacon on it??? It’s not listed as an ingredient and I don’t eat pork so the whole thing was ruined with clusters of pork. However the garlic knots were very good, a dry rub toasted texture. The delivery time was fast and food came hot with the right condiments.

We just ordered pizza at 10pm and got a notification it was on its way. 5 minutes later they canceled the ordered at 11:05. Convenient that they waited till 5min after they closed and canceled our ordered. Why couldn’t they tell us at 10 when we ordered? We’re traveling and starving and your staff pulled a fast one. What if your staff did that every night to all orders at 10pm? Thats terrible business!

I would not recommend this location for your pizza needs . Ordered 2 pizzas and a pop and was told the wait time is 35-45 mins (delivery location is roughly 35 mins away). After an hour after not having our pizza delivered, we called the location to check on our order. We expressed that it had been an hour and we have yet to have our order. The guy who answered the phone sarcastically says “Well, we have up until 45mins to have your order delivered. It should be there any minute.” After another 20 mins !! Our pizzas arrive lukewarm at best , the cheese on our philly cheese steak pizza had congealed and grease puddles were forming and both pizzas were dry. Very disappointed in our service experience

I ordered pizza here for Graduation traveling from Florida, and ordered a Chicken Alfredo Spinach Tomato pizza for Delivery to my Hotel, and I always have got this Speciality Pizza which is normally awesome!
But when I got this delivered I picked up a slice and every topping dropped off and looked and taste so slimy.
Then when I called and told them about my issue not even an apology or anything and told me they can’t do a refund. As I know that is not true! I had to argue for about almost 10 minutes to get an answer and call the next day to speak with their higher up Manager.
Most definitely don’t recommend this place! Go to any other pizzeria in this area!
